Wilhelm1407 Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 (edited) Hey guys I'm designing a looping strata coaster named Hurricane. Here's the teaser for it. I'll post and update later. Edited May 7, 2011 by Wilhelm1407
tdub96 Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 Looping strata coaster? You've got me intrigued. Lets hope its not doing 100+ into loops though.

QueerRudie Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 Greetings from your Games Forum Moderating team. Please read the "Posting Rules" for the Games Forum. You can find those HERE! Specifically THIS particular part of it: 3.) Do NOT start a thread for a park if you only have one screenshot, or just a Photoshoped logo. We want quality posts and threads. Get your park, or track, started and moving along before you need to make an announcement. A video of your park will suffice, as those take time to put together and edit. I do look forward to seeing your ride... but your opening post must have more content in it- Thanks, R.D. Games Forum Moderating Team
Wilhelm1407 Posted May 4, 2011 Author Posted May 4, 2011 Here's the first official update guys.I've got quite a bit done on this ride in the past couple days. Hurricane stands 458ft tall and has a top speed of 130 mph. The second hill is 200 ft tall. After the second hill there is a magnetic trim brake that slows the trains down to 65 mph. The coaster will have 4 inversions total. I think this will be by far the most exciting coaster I've designed so far.
Wilhelm1407 Posted May 5, 2011 Author Posted May 5, 2011 I love the concept so far, keep up the great work. I will do my best! Thank you!
Wilhelm1407 Posted May 7, 2011 Author Posted May 7, 2011 Here's the second update. I made some changes to the rockes around the first brake run and I also added more scenery. I finished the firsts block brake section and started adding scenery around the 90 degree turns. I also added some lights to the ride as well.
tiger01 Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 That looks amazing! I love how you foliaged the launch with the rocks and trees. Very good!
Wilhelm1407 Posted May 7, 2011 Author Posted May 7, 2011 That looks amazing! I love how you foliaged the launch with the rocks and trees. Very good! That's actually the brake run that slows down the trains so they can go through the loops at safe speeds.
