sfgamguy Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 (edited) Hello I'm Ryan, I'm a Co-founder of RAMS Inc. RAMS Inc. is a small Amusement Park Buiesness located in Gurnee, IL. I and several other coaster enthusiasts in the area put this buisness together several years ago. We decided that we all wanted to do it and we all put in a ton of money and made it happen. If you need to contact us please come to RAMS Inc. Office Buildings located in Gurnee, IL. SCR96.BMP Our Office Building Ironically enough we are located in an office complex just across from the famous Six Flags Great America. In the past few years we have looked at various places, trying to find the right place to start our first park and last year we found it. Here is the official message sent to me from another Co-Founder. Hello All, Today I went to a possible location to start out buisness. It is about 100 acres located in South Elgin, IL. It is about an hours drive from Sfgam so it will be hard to compete but I think we can do it. It basically a large open plain. The owner said it used to be a corn field so it's fertile. It's priced at $470,450.00 which is in our budget and a great deal. Tomarrow we will all be making a trip over here take a look and make a desicion. It's finally happening. Sincerely, Mike Stummen We bought the land and now one year and $5,000,00 later, we are just about to open the park. Fun-4-All SCR98.BMP Fun-4-All Entrance Fun-4-All will be a family oriented theme park located in South Elgin, IL. It will feature 2 rollercoaster and many other atractions. Be prepared to have fun! Signing out, Ryan Edited December 20, 2010 by sfgamguy
Raymond333 Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Looks good. Is it going to have one roller coaster that's more pointed toward older riders?

sfgamguy Posted November 16, 2010 Author Posted November 16, 2010 Hello All, Happy One Year Birthday Fun-4-All! Thanks to everyone for such a great first year. The park did great! We turned a huge profit! Heres a Photo of the park after One Year SCR6.BMP I would like to annouce a large expansion of Fun-4-All it'll be open by season 2! Rumor is it will be themed to Chicago I'm not giving away any other info other than that it will be awesome. It may our may not include a new coaster. Signing Off, Ryan
RCT2day Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 Looks good and I like that it is not custom scenery. Rather than the black walls, use fences to enhance the eye appeal, just walls seems dull a little. Also, maybe make paths one unit wider and spread out your rides, it is a little cramped but still very good job.

Thanks for the comment but don't judge me toatly on this park im not puttting that much effort in it. Check out Grand Grove on my sfgamguy's projects thread it is one I put alot of effort into. The park is not supposed to be advanced because as you can read in the story it's there first park and the company will get better as they move on. Thank you again. Please keep leaving feedback alot is to come for this little company.
RCT2day Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 Wait you did Grand Grove? Thats a great park and I apoligze for judging you solely on this park. We non-custom scenery enthusiasts have to stick together, maybe check out my park Rock N Roll park but i havent done anything in like two months and it doesnt reflect my current ability
sfgamguy Posted November 18, 2010 Author Posted November 18, 2010 i saw that park and i really liked it!! not the GRand Grove thread it is a park i made and its on one of my threads haha Check it out: Sfgamguy's projects on about the 3rd page
tdub96 Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 I'd use the 6-seater trains for the woodie, and definetly lose some of that excess black wall you have everywhere in the park.
sfgamguy Posted November 18, 2010 Author Posted November 18, 2010 Season Two has begun! With the new season starting the new area has opened! Chicago! SCR12.BMP and now RAMS Inc. is very excited to annouce the addition of a classic coaster rebuit! Here is The Bobs from Riverview Park! SCR7.BMP SCR8.BMP SCR9.BMP Love this shot SCR12.BMP SCR11.BMP Me and the rest of the crew spent months trying to rebuild this classic coaster. For anyone who doesn't know Riverview park was a theme park in Chicago it had mutiple coasters and was operating from about 1900 to 1967. It had multiple famous rides and one of its best was The Bobs. The Bobs will make thrills remembered from generation to generation. The Bobs might not look like it but it has great thrills and tons of airtime! Other park news; With the new Bobs ride we have opened a private walk behind-the-scenes of the ride. It is only $20 and you will get great photos plus learn about the ride, park, and town. I really encourage you guys to check it out. With this new great expansion we hope to double the attendence of last year. I will keep you udated on the park. Signing off, Ryan
RCT2day Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 Very good, like the woodie, simple yet brilliant. The same for the pizze place, espicially the deck on the roof

tdub96 Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 Definetly change the trains to 6-seaters, as thats how the Bobs' trains were.
sfgamguy Posted November 20, 2010 Author Posted November 20, 2010 Season 3 Hello All, Not to much has happened at the park in the off season. But the company has gotten a new larger office building because weve been hiring more employees. (I Get a big office!) Of course everything has been cleaned but the only new things are the new parking lot and flower bed. SCR13.BMP and The Bobs got new trains but that is all... Well I have some news.....the first ride will be removed from the park so that we can expand...not annoucing which one yet but it will be sad to see it leave..... Also next year will be a huge one for RAMS Inc some major things coming up soon. Any one have a guess on whats leaving and whats to come? Signing off, Ryan
RCT2day Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 Good job with the flowers, thats what that spot needed there for sure. Did you get the idea from my Rock N Roll park by chance, its completely fine I'm just wondering because it came out great
sfgamguy Posted November 21, 2010 Author Posted November 21, 2010 thank you and actually yes i saw that and a few park with it and i decided it would look nice with the park
sfgamguy Posted November 23, 2010 Author Posted November 23, 2010 Guys say goodbye to one of the coasters! Season 4 coming soon.......... The new big attraction will be built by S&S.... There will also be a new resturant in the Chicago Area
sfgamguy Posted November 24, 2010 Author Posted November 24, 2010 Season 4 Hello All, Fun-4-All has started it's fourth season and boy has it been a great one. We have expanded on the park with the help of S&S Heres the brand new Power Towers SCR15.BMP Power Towers is a dual drop tower built by S&S. Sadly we lost Sea Monster for this expansion but this ride was definently worth it. Also with this new ride we got a new Antique Cars Ride called strollin. The park has also added a Nature Trail and Picinic Grove... And my favorite additions is the new Timothy O'Toole's Resturant. Timothy O'Toole's is a Sports Bar and also a resturant that is famous for there World Class Award Winning Wings. The resturant was orginally planned for the Chicago section because that's where the original one is located but it fit better over here so here it is. SCR14.BMP This is only the trird Timothy O'Toole on the planet one located in Chicago and the other in Gurnee. We are happy with this years additions it turned out great. Well guys this park is really coming along great we have some great thrills including The Bobs and Power Tower. Next year well be the 5th Anniversary of the Park and boy do we have something big coming. This will be the biggest year for the company so far... I'll leave you with the shot of the skyline.... SCR16.BMP The park is really changing.... Signing off, Ryan

sfgamguy Posted December 1, 2010 Author Posted December 1, 2010 Season 5, Hello All Welcome to another great year at Fun-4-All Well we have many additinos to the park. First the new coaster Flashback SCR20.BMP Looks Fun! Other New attractions include a golden carosel and swings ride plus new food eating areas and the completion of Picnic Grove. We also have gotten some new spiffy paintjobs. Chicago Wheel has been repainted in Cubs Colors and Star Shooter is now BumbleBee. Heres some shots. SCR19.BMP Golden Carosel SCR18.BMP New Paintjobs Well we also have good new ground has been broken at the new park pictures will come soon. Signing off, Ryan
RCT2day Posted December 1, 2010 Posted December 1, 2010 good, good. despite the same layout having been used thousands of times, flashback looks really good but i'm not exactly sure why, maybe color, maybe the height of the drop, it just looks very well planned. Maybe you wanna put the water one unit down so it seems more realistic, right now its just a puddle rather than a stream. Still good, keep it up
sfgamguy Posted December 1, 2010 Author Posted December 1, 2010 Thanks I think its the color it just looks godd on the coaster...and for the water I know its not relistic I just get lazy. But thanks you
