Went to Knoebels for the first time this year today. Let's do a report Q/A style:

 

Is Phoenix still one of the best wooden coasters on the planet? Yes

Is Twister still an OK ride? Yes

Is that nightmare Whilwind gone? Yes

Is the ride that is to replace it not going to open this year? Yeah, probably

Is the pizza still the best park pizza anywhere? Yes

Is Knoebels a great place to spot all varieties of the central PA mutant? Yes

Is Knoebels still one of the best parks ever? Yes

 

Knoebels still kicks ass. Those that have never been there really need to make the trip some time...
