OISU8P Posted October 29, 2010 Posted October 29, 2010 I love the lemonade I get at fairs and amusement parks. This is the lemonade that they squeeze half a lemon into a glass with sugar and mix some water. I have never seen the actual measurement of sugar though. Has anyone here ever worked the lemonade stand and know the ratio used (such as Tbs Sugar / 12 Ounces of water)? I am planting a lemon tree in the next couple of weeks and looking forward to making some great lemonade this spring.
WFChris Posted October 30, 2010 Posted October 30, 2010 Hot Dog On A Stick uses 1 pound of sugar per gallon. They also throw in 1 ounce of pure citric acid per gallon. ta da!
