Hi everyone!

The Moderator of NeDesigns (who is JK ;P) has asked me to post this here, because he want people from all over the world to join the leading RCT fansite.

In the future there will also probably be an RCT olympics, and it's good if there, are more people from the same country there.

Go to www.nedesigns.com and click on the register button and continue from there.

Hope to see u on NE aswell

^ While I don't think it's really spam, it is definitely not cool!

Hi everyone!

JK is a member of this site and has quite the following when he posts here with his projects, so why would he ask you to come here and ask for members of TPR to come to NE when he could do it himself?

I highly suggest you read the TOS for this forum, #5 inparticular.

As we've seen an influx of new members here in the Game, Models, and Randomness Forum, I decided to create a general list of guidelines to keep the Forum better organized, and not filled with pointless threads.

So here we go:

1.) As per the posting rules, proper capitalization and grammar is required. For example, use of the capital "I" is easy, as it only requires the use of the Shift key + I. Text talk will lead to a 24 Hour ban.

2.) When creating a thread for your park or rides, preface it with the proper game in which it was created in the Subject line. For example, [RCT3] - Wally World.

RCT = Rollercoaster Tycoon

RCT2 = Rollercoaster Tycoon 2

RCT3 = Rollercoaster Tycoon 3

NL = No Limits

SM = Scream Machines, etc.

The reasoning behind this is for searches. If you search "[NL]", all of the properly named No Limits threads will be listed. It will make finding threads related to each game easier to find. Get it? Good!

3.) Do NOT start a thread for a park if you only have one screenshot, or just a Photoshoped logo. We want quality posts and threads. Get your park, or track, started and moving along before you need to make an announcement. A video of your park will suffice, as those take time to put together and edit.

4.) Be descriptive. The better your thread is, the more comments you'll receive on it. Well thought out threads, and good pictures always get you more views, rather than something slapped together haphazardly.

5.) Don't post links to your website. It's against the TOS or TPR. We've seen a bunch of new users, or infrequent posters, linking to their site. This coincides with Rule 3 - A thread without pictures, or very little description and/or just a link will be pulled.

6.) If you have nothing nice to say, don't say it. Attitude here, will not be accepted. There are constructive ways of stating you opinion. "It sucks" will not be tolerated. These are all games being discussed, and everyone plays for different reasons. Belittling other members will get you a 24 Hour Ban immediately.

7.) If you post a thread that fulfills one of the Sticky Threads, ie: "I can't install RCT3 custom scenery." Please check the stickies. The mods will have most likely merged it into the proper sticky.

8.) Have fun! The mods are here to keep things moving along. Not cause anyone grief. We enjoy looking at your creations as much as everyone else.

Thanks everyone!
