mightbeawannabe Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Can we just have the pictures here, please? I can't view them because it's on a member only page. Not everyone has, uses or wants a Facebook.
Mr. Starr Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 You can use Fraps downloaded from their website, just google it, to take screenshots of your park and upload them here. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to seeing more of this!
Angry_Gumball Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Same here, nice to see someone finally make SCBB. I started making a SCBB recreation last summer but then my hard drive went on me. Since, I misplaced my RCT3 disc, and have been too lazy to look for it and reinstall all the custom scenery. A few pointers/criticisms to point out as something good must have some kind of thing to pick at. I know that Hurricane's going to be hard to recreate due to it's small footprint so there's probably not a whole lot you can do there. The Giant Dipper, (Judging from the screenshot of the station flyby/turnaround) looks like it's missing something...maybe one of it's airtime hills? It also seems a little spaced apart (wishes I had my RCT3 Dipper to show). Though I've gotten my Dipper to be in a little tighter, my fan turn was ultra wide. Ghostblasters area looks pretty good, will look more complete once you get all the parts and pieces in there (Railing, log ride, etc). Lastly, is your Haunted Castle based off the old one? Keep 'em coming, want to see more! Forgive my MS Paint skills, here's what I'm talking about with Dipper (overhead view). Note that the black section's the station and the tunnel. Dark red is the track towards the end that sits directly underneath the track heading to second turnaround. Red, well, it's the rest of the track!
wumwip Posted June 14, 2010 Posted June 14, 2010 Okay, sorry about the facebook thing. You can find the pictures at my little website here: http://escapezoneentertainment.webs.com/apps/photos/
gisco Posted June 14, 2010 Posted June 14, 2010 It would help if you posted some pictures here. A lot of people don't like clicking on a link not knowing where they are going.
wumwip Posted June 14, 2010 Posted June 14, 2010 I would post them here, but when I try it says they're too big... how do I resize?
gisco Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 (edited) A program I have used in the past is Picasa. It is from Google and is a photo editing program. Best part it is free! Just google it. I used this program before I gor Photoshop. Be sure the pictures are saved as .jpg. They are way smaller then .bmp files to begin with. Also make sure the sixe is smaller then 800x600 too and you should be ok. Picasa can do this for you. Nice pictures by the way. Edited June 16, 2010 by gisco
wumwip Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 Thanks! I'm glad someone actually saw the pics. This project might be on hold for a bit... being the fact that coaster-crazy and I are working on recreating the NEW Haunted Castle ride on RCT3 together. It's been interesting so far. I've already made the castle front and ride car station.
mightbeawannabe Posted June 16, 2010 Author Posted June 16, 2010 I like your project pics thus far but I think you should just post them here anyway, even if you did provide a link that is safe. I know I hate clicking on links that I don't know about.
wumwip Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Okay, okay... I'll work something out... somehow, some way, I'll get them here.
