Speeddeamon128
Earlier this week a drop tower arrived at Clementon Amusement Park & Splash World to replace a classic attraction, the Thunderbolt. The drop tower arrived on Monday & is not yet open but should be soon. The ride is manufactured by A.R.M. & stands 90 ft tall. The tower is purple with a yellow gondola at the top. It is named Thunder Drop in memory of the Thunderbolt which is what it replaced. The drop tower is the second thrilling attraction to open at the park this year replacing an older ride. The Ring Of Fire opened earlier this year which replaced the Inverter. Edited June 9, 2010 by Speeddeamon128
Hercules
I haven't followed this park much even though it is not all that far away. However, I can't believe the Thunderbolt is gone. That blows.
CoasterPrince
I'm now buying a season pass for Clementon. I absolutely love drop towers and now I have one 15 mins from my house. Clementon is really doing it big this year with 2 new thrill rides. I now will stay longer because there are more thrills. Great news. Hopefully the rumor for next year is true then I will have a very nice time at SplashWorld and Clementon Park....P.S. Thunder Drop is a cool name in memory of ThunderBolt which was a great ride.
