Brookes Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 This is just going to be a short project from me as I plan to do something big after this. Anyway onto this, I was just playing around and after a few days I felt I got a nice layout for a medium sized woodie. It comes in at about 95ft high and just short of 3000ft long. It's not going to be anything special with custom supporting etc. as my editor messes up with woodmagic, and I don't want to custom support it all, it's just a small project. EDIT: Got a cartexture done for me. A picture of the first drop and turn, layout and terraforming are done, just scenery now.
Brookes Posted December 18, 2009 Author Posted December 18, 2009 ^Under construction, but it's nearly finished now as all I need to add is scenery. Will release it tomorrow.
themeparkologist Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 The drop looks really fun! I can hardly wait for a download and more pics. Are the trains and layout like a GCI?
Brookes Posted December 19, 2009 Author Posted December 19, 2009 ^Thanks, and it is realistic but I wanted to make it original aswell. Anyway... For thousands of years the concept of the atom has been known, But it wasn't until years later that it became fully understood and given its name, The incredible discovery will continue to thrill us for decades, I give you... Atom! Note - the download is an nl pack so if you want normal track file then just tell me and I'll upload it. Video: Thanks to Crazycoaster for the awesome cartexture! Enjoy! Atom.nlpack A 95ft high GCI woodie.
jarmor Posted December 19, 2009 Posted December 19, 2009 im really impressed by the video. Lots of directional changes!
themeparkologist Posted December 20, 2009 Posted December 20, 2009 A.W.E.S.O.M.E. Looks alot like a cross-hybrid of Ozark Wildcat(RIP), Terminator, and Prowler! Could you make it an .nltrack please? .nlpack files just dont work for me when i dl them. And yes I do have the track packager.
Brookes Posted December 20, 2009 Author Posted December 20, 2009 ^Thanks for the great positive feedback guys! And here is the nl track file: Atom.nltrack
