the ghost
Hey guys, I'm back. This is my first coaster in a very long time, and it uses no CS.The coaster is wooden and is a mix of a Gravity Group and GCI building styles. The coaster is themed to a grizzly bear running rampant through a summer camp, and the bears lair is in an abandoned cabin. The coaster is a little over 2 minutes in length and uses Millenium Flyer GCI trains. The coaster is also terrain based, and interacts with the scenery and buildings well. Same as before, I am unable to post screens, so if someone downloads the park, please post some screens. Hope you like it. Grizzly.SV6
thethrillseeker
Why cant you post screens? Do you not know how?
Stoksy
He can post screens, but he probably can't because of computer problems or something like that. I'll make sure I check out your ride ASAP.
the ghost
^^ Screens wont save to my computer because of a virus, which is now fixed, but the screen shot thing is still an issue.
themeparkman25
Well, the it had its GCI moments but it also had its very non-GCI moments as well, more specifically the drop. What I liked: -Prowleresque- and I love Prowler. Nuff said. -Fast, ground hugging layout. -I like the story behind the ride, it was creative. What I did not like: -You had a very uncharacteristic drop (for a GCI) right into the smallest of turns you can possible have. OUCH! -It lost its pacing after awhile, the chains to brake run are lame. -Intensity Rating. I know the excitement rating is high, but this is too. By all means it wasn't bad, but it definitely could use a little GCI touch. Sorry the pictures are small. They are a .bmp file and I don't know how to change that so they can be bigger. Stoksy
From what I can see, it looks more like a CCI than a GCI. Excellent buildings, you have really improved with them. Easily the BEST park/coaster you have ever made.
the ghost
As said in the description The coaster is wooden and is a mix of a Gravity Group and GCI building styles. However, I can see both of your points. I have another coaster that will be posted today or tomorrow, and it is easily the best GCI layout I have ever done(or have ever seen, for that matter)
Stoksy
I just looked at your park in RCT2, and I tried to decrease that killer intensity rating, however, the first drop is just too big for the layout that you have. It's fine if the coaster was shorter, but as is, it needs to have more bunny hops early on, and a long, twisted layout near the end. Overall, 6/10. Great ride, but that intensity is really hurting your rating.
the ghost
^ Thanks for your rating, I'm gonna bring the ghosters coaster files(a long dead thread) back up any minute and show off my newest and best GCI creation. Also, thanks themeparkman for the pictures, you are awesome, and I forgot to thank you before, so sorry and thanks.
