larrygator
Step 1 - Listen to the ride ops' instructions. Step 2 - Follow the ride ops' instructions. It is that simple.
kalvin
Ok, Ive read some people saying you have to stand a certain way and I was wondering if it really mattered.
RCFreak
^It does, but at Cedar Point they'll make you stand the right way, otherwise they'll get into trouble. Basically it's stand up straight with your feet flat on the floor making sure your heels are touching the back of the car and the seat is up between your legs. Slightly bend your knees to avoid passing out, and when the seats lock position, push down to make sure it clicks. That is the way B&M and Cedar Point want you to ride the coaster. During the ride, make sure all the pressure is on your feet and not your junk otherwise it'll be a much more uncomfortable ride.
haux
To add to what RCFreak said, try to keep about an inch or a little more between "the boys" and the seat. That way, with your knees bending slightly to take most of the forces, you're not crushing your nuts every time the coaster pulls more than 2 G's.
