RCoasterny Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 I've noticed that people are able to reply to a post and include a picture that had already been posted by someone else in their reply as a quote. How do you do that? I tried search to see if someone did mention something in the past and search turned up nothing.
Wes Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 Basically it would be like my example below, with the instances where < and > are used being replaced with [ and ] for the actual post. here is an image http://thelocationoftheimagehere.com
larrygator Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 ^Wes - I didn't even know of that method. I always just copy the image to my hard drive, then add it as a photo
haux Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 If someone embeds a photo (not attaches it to their post), it's easier to quote it. Otherwise, you'd have to get the URL of the image in the post itself.
ebl Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 I just right click on the image to get its URL (which is usually a TPR one), copy it to my new post, and put the and tags before/after it. Eric

Eric But when you do that when quoting people instead of using the quote button it makes it difficult to read your posts.
