Signature

I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but why doesn't my signature show up? Is it just to me or is there some button that I need to click to have it show up?

EDIT: As I post I see there is an option to attach my signature, so does that mean I have to click that every time or is there an automatic attach button somewhere in my profile?

You have to check that box each time to attach your signature.

There is a feature in your profile for it to tick the box automatically.

Yeah, check your profile under settings or something like that. There's a way to default signature to "on"

Thank you, it was under Profile Settings and Posting for any others who are looking for this.

I'm sure it is right in front of face, but I can't seem to find an option to default my signature to "on". I've clicked all over the tabs on my profile page, but I'm coming up empty.

 

I rarely remember to click the attach signature box when I post and I feel that I am doing Big Mike a disservice by not consistently displaying my "Valuable Big Mike Reader" signature banner.

1. Click "Profile" from the menu on the top of the screen.

2. On the profile tabs click the "Profile" tab

3. Click "Profile Settings"

4. Click "Posting"

5. Check "YES" under "Always attach my signature"

Ah, that's where the pesky "posting" link I was looking for was hiding. Thank you for the help. Anything that requires more than 2 or 3 steps on a computer can send me spinning in circles.

^ It's ok. I 100% agree the profile system IS confusing. It's actually one of the things on my "to do" list that will eventually streamline it all.
