Coney Island Cincinatti

I know that the original Coney Island in Cincinatti closed in 1971. The Shooting Star was their main roller coaster though they had the Wildcat that was torn down in 1964. Anybody ever get a chance to ride those?

 

Also was Coney Island really a big park? I have the book about this palce in my collection, didn't really look all that big to me.

 

Also how long was the Shooting Star standing after Coney Island closed when Kings Island opened up.

^^There's a nice book on the history of Coney Island that has a lot of really nice pictures. I never purchased the book because it's been pretty expensive whenever I've seen it in B&N.
