J man Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 Hey guys! I'm going to be at KBF on June 26. I just wanted to know what rides might be closed. They don't say on their site. Thanks.
X Posted June 19, 2005 Posted June 19, 2005 Not much. Usally most of the rides are running at Knotts. The only one that will probably be closed thats worth riding is Riptide Kevin"Have fun"Bujold
dejavu1316 Posted June 19, 2005 Posted June 19, 2005 Everytime when I go to KBF, and thats my home park and I go there about 3 times a month...Everyride is open. Just beware: Silver Bullet 1 train running= long line Xcelerator= ride it quick, it might break down Perilous Plaunge= same thing as Xcel..
Mr.Six Posted June 19, 2005 Posted June 19, 2005 I don't think I've ever seen Silver Bullet running only one train :? Last time I went there Screamin Swing was down. That was about 5 weeks ago. The only ride that also might be down is Riptide (Like Said before) As far as trains go; the only ride that might not be running full trains is Xcelerator. But beware of Knott's nature of their lust for stacking trains! Michael"Oooh! Train stacking lust!"Thomas
J man Posted June 21, 2005 Author Posted June 21, 2005 So I should probably go do Silver Bullet first, if I want to avoid long lines right?
Mr.Six Posted June 21, 2005 Posted June 21, 2005 If it were up to me. I would hit Ghostrider first. Latley Ghostrider has been opererating off and on actually. It seems as if Knotts closes it for the first hour that the park is open to aviod "flocking". Seeing as almost everytime there are two guys standing at the enterance with the broken down speech. The last few times I've gone on a weekend Silver Bullet's Longest line was no more than 8 minutes. Michael"But that can all change at Knotts....very fast"Thomas
J man Posted June 23, 2005 Author Posted June 23, 2005 Well thanks for your help guys. I hope I'll get to run into some of the other TPR's that are going on sunday too.
