KrazyT Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 After working on this track for a while, i finally think it is good enough to show some screens. It is still work in progress so these are some rough drafts of the finished product. I am finished with trackwork and supports as well, i am working on scenery now. I have been working really hard on this track so let me know what you guys think. ~Tony
premierrider Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 Looks great! Im guessing the support que entrance is only temporary?
KrazyT Posted October 27, 2007 Author Posted October 27, 2007 The supports queue will be used as a guide to help me for when i make the scenery. It wont stay.
premierrider Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 Cool Cool. What object creator are you using? - David
KrazyT Posted October 27, 2007 Author Posted October 27, 2007 Im not sure yet. Most likely Google Sketch-Up. New screens are up. http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/p4182
KrazyT Posted October 27, 2007 Author Posted October 27, 2007 Thanks to everyone for the support. I've uploaded 4 new screenshots, including two comparing the real ride to my recreation. EDIT: Catwalks are underway. http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/p4182
Golfie Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Awesome awesome awesome! I'm sure this is going to be better than another SheiKra recreation I had downloaded on coastersims a long time ago. What program are you using for the scenery?
JuanSe_Colombia Posted November 1, 2007 Posted November 1, 2007 Wow What a really Cool recreation of Sheikra
jamesissoocool Posted November 1, 2007 Posted November 1, 2007 How did you import it to google sketch up. (if you did use that)
coasterlover420 Posted November 1, 2007 Posted November 1, 2007 Google SketchUp has an Import option, where you can import 3ds files. He used the construction kit...
mindvirus Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 Are the pictures at the bottom Google Sketchup pictures? Edit : Nvm.
haydawg149 Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 the ONLY problem I can see is the turn into the brakes. The transition into the mcbr is shaped differently in your version. take a look below... compared to this...
Golfie Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 After adding supports and scenery, you should consider importing it back into Google SketchUp and send it to Google Earth - you'd probably be the first to add a 3D rollercoaster to the program!
