The thorpe topic shouldn't have been locked, as as it is from a respected member on coasterforce.com. He has written it is not confirmed but he has got the info from a very good authority.

I have the following information on very good authority, although before fanboys start wetting themselves, no official confirmation has come from the park itself yet. Keep that in mind.

It's going to be a Eurofighter, which will include a 12ft drop out of the station straight into an inline twist (hydra style), an immelman, two corkscrews and a speed hill.

It will sit by Samurai and Loggers Leap and run into the Lost City. The station will be behind where Samurai currently sits.

It will be well themed, apparently, with a possible "show" during a level part of the track. (Although I doubt it'll beat Mystery Mine...but I hope I eat my words!)

The contracts have apparently been signed with Gerstlauer. Planning permission is the next step. Keep an eye here for any applications: http://ww2.runnymede.gov.uk/home/latest/wklyplanapps/wklyplanapps.asp

Again, it's not been offcially confirmed so try and avoid pages and pages of tripe posting...I just thought I'd let you all know what I've been told.

Yeah like it says in that persons post...NO OFFICAL ANNOUNCEMENT.

It's also 2 years early, so it cannot be proven by track or supports or anything in place.

GO TO RUMOR THREAD!

What baffles me is that we never said we minded the link or the story being posted, it just didn't need it's own topic since it's a rumor, and we have a ride rumor thread.

But none of these kids were willing to add the link or the news to the Rumor Superthread so it can be discussed.

If you want to discuss this, do it here:
