Year Round Parks in France & Germany?

I have a friend who's going to Europe in November, and he asked me what, if any, parks would be open that time of year. I searched the internet a bit, as well as TPR, but couldn't find much.

 

So, other than Disneyland Paris & maybe (most of) Toverland, would anything else be open in November?

Europa Park has a Christmas Special around then, but I don't know if the rides are running.

When I was there during the winter season they had closed Atlantica Supersplash, Poseidon, Schweizer Bobbahn and Silver Star. So it's not advisable to go then (though the theming and atmosphere were stunning!).
