I haven't seen very many movies, but here are a couple of my favorite sequels:

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest & At World's End

Spider Man 2

Jurassic Park 3 [i haven't really seen number 2. ]

Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams [Hey, I was young. It was a good movie back then.]

Star Wars: Episodes 5 & 6

 

And a couple of the worst sequels/prequels I've seen:

Shrek 2

Star Wars: Episodes 1-3

 

I can't really think of any more right now, so, yeah.
