shepp Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 Knoebels' food is famous, of course, but since I'll be there for just one meal (I think), I'm wondering what you think is the Very Best of the Best...
Meteornotes Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 I think at Knoebel's you're better off just trying different small things, like pierogies, tri-taters, chicken fries and so on. The round food area near the haunted house sells a variety of items, as does the food area more towards the parking lot. And don't forget about a slice of pizza from Caesari's. Honestly, the only place I don't particularly like at Knoebel's is the food area right by the Phoenix. Whatever they consider a crab cake there is, um, not. Have fun! dt
ParkTrips Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 Yeah, we kinda just ate our way around the park, and it wasn't just the ACEr side coming out either, a lot of people seemed to do that.
DerekRx Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 In all my years of going to Knoebels, I don't think I've ever had a "meal" there, just constant snacking throughout the day. I'm sure meals do exist there, but I just like going from stand to stand as I'm going to my next ride for something to hold me over until I get to the next stand. Chicken fries, perogies, tritaters, ribbq, Cesari's pizza, apple chips, fudge cone, ice cream, and cheese on a stick are among the items I try to eat each time I'm there.
larrygator Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 In my half dozen trips I've yet to sample everything, but pierogies and birch beer are the two things that I always order sometime during each visit.
