How to lower ground in NL Terraformer

Aright so, I am making a Drachen Fire recreation, and I need to figure out how to lower ground for the helix at the end. I need some help. It would be greatly appreciated.

 

BTW, I will post the coaster once I am finsihed with it.

You need to raise the entire coaster up, raise the entire terrain up, and then lower the certain area of terrain - otherwise you'll just get water.

or you can turn the water off so now you have a nice trench for the coaster

But how would you raise the whole coaster up at once without ruining it?

Select all the nodes, then use Page Up (or Shift + Page Up if you want it to move up faster), or just drag up, but then you risk sideways movements.

Alright so I lowered the ground, and I turned off water but the water still shows. What am I doing wrong?
