Ipod?

Ok so I think I broke my Ipod... Does anyone know what combination of buttons you push on the Ipod to reset it?

press the menu button and the center button at the same time and hold it for about ten seconds, works every time!!

OMG IT WORKED Now what do I do if my Ipod comes back on and is still broke?

Slid the Hold switch on top of the IPOD to the "Hold" position and then slid it back to normal. Then press and hold the button in the center of the dial and the "Menu" button both at the same time. Hold both these buttons for roughly 6-7 seconds and that should reset your IPOD. Hope this helps

Define "broke". What's wrong with it?

 

My iPod seemingly "died" a week ago. But the battery had just fully discharged, and windows won't start charging it if it's fully discharged.

 

Doing the menu/select reset trick fixed it, it turned on and started charging.

Well it is unbroke now. But at the time the screen was all white and it would not do anything, not even plug into the computer I was about to die.

The battery was probably just fully discharged.
