Women dies on "The Hawk" ride and "Best Coast

I saw on the news this morning that a women fell out of a ride called "The Hawk" and died. I think they said the restraint stopped working properly and opened during the ride. I also saw last morning on NBC the "Best Roller Coaster" in the country. They said it was Kingda Ka at SFGAdv. Whether all of you would agree with that, I don't know.

 

EDIT: The title is supposed to say Coaster not Coast.
