Calaway Park Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 After receiving a petition from many people claiming that Calaway did not contain enough thrilling rides, Six Flags decided to buy the park, and build their own roller coaster. This is the result. GOLIATH - CALAWAY Goliath - Calaway.nltrack UPDATE: 3 Trains now, 2 working block sections with 2 more airtime hills before the end and new supports on the helix.
CommanderLock Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 That's pretty dang good. The end needs a little more to it, though. And the brakes need to come earlier or make it a comeplete stop block.

coasterfan200692 Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 im sorry but i dont think those twisted inclines that resemble the ones in roller coaster tycoon are realistic. If it werent for that i would have liked it alot better.

Calaway Park Posted September 9, 2006 Author Posted September 9, 2006 Thats actually a new elemamt I implemented. Though you may not be able to see it when riding, its actually a nearly inverted turn. THe twist is quick so you're almost upside down when you're actually dropping.
sickskillz14 Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 Well I thought it was pretty good for a 5th coaster compared to other early coasters I have seen. Just smooth out the bumps and try not to make transitions as quick as the new one you implemented as it can cause headbanging in real life and since its quick it would hurt like hell. Other than that not bad. Oh and of course I fixed the track up a bit so if you want just PM me and I could send you what i fixed and explain what i did to make it better.
