edboxer Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 Went to Mt. Olympus on Friday (actually left early to go to ride Avalanche at 9:00 - but they weren't going to run it until later in the morning). First off, I hadn't been there in a few years and was very surprised at how many go-cart tracks had been removed. (Including the one that use to go through the castle) Pegasus - was very much the non-event that I had remembered. Nice easy beginers woodie. Cyclops - still loved the curved drop in front of the station with the ejector airtime in the back row. Zeus seems to have lost some of its power as I got very little air even in the front seat. BTW, all three of these are so short!!! OPA - how do design a bad crazy mouse????? This thing sucked bigtime (they need to tear it down a buy a clone of the Steel Dragon at Waldemeer). Also does 4 rides really consititute an indoor park?? Hades. Rode in the fonrt seat and the next to last seat. Wow, what a difference. Front row - glides along the track, powerful airtime, very smooth. Next to last row - incredible airtime out of the station and elswhere, but in parts of the tunnel and the turns returning to the station, this was as rough as Hercules (DP). How do I rate it - 9 out of 10. I still prefer Balderdash.
knottslover77 Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 Cool! Sounds like you had a fun day with some bad things. --Jay
Reon Posted August 14, 2006 Posted August 14, 2006 I didn't see enough positive comments about my Cyclops
easytoremember Posted August 14, 2006 Posted August 14, 2006 I know. Cyclops is the man. Last drop equals x 10
