question about video requests

I've been looking alot lately at the message above the avatars of the people who request for a POV outside of the video request sticky, and the mods have changed the message to, "Can I request a POV of you being banned?" I was wondering if it is against the forum rules to do this. I have looked inside of the general forum rules and at the amateur videographer rules and I am unable to find anything against doing this. All I really want is a clarification of the rules and I will be good to go. Thanks.

All requests should go in the Video Request Thread. It is not a bannable offense if someone accidentally makes a request in a new thread, unless you keep doing it after being told not to. All threads that are created to request will be locked and pointed to the Request Thread, but we definitely won't ban someone for that unless they're being stupid or annoying..

 

The person who had the "Can I request a POV of you being banned?" title was a kid who *continually* did it. I think he posted the same request like six times in one day, each a new thread in a different section, which is what got him the ban and the super sweet custome title. It was his actions that caused the Video Request thread to come to existence in the first place. He tried registering different accounts later, so when I found out it was him (usually because he was requesting THE SAME VIDEOS) I just re-used the title.
