Discount tickets for Geauga Lake/SFGAdv?

Hi, hope you guys can help.

 

We're coming over (from the UK) in August to ride some awesome rides at some awesome theme parks. We found that we can get discount tickets for Hershey Park and PKD from Giant and Krogers grocery stores respectively.

 

We've wondering where we can get some discount tickets for Geauga Lake and SFGAdv? Any local grocery stores?

When I was at Geauga Lake in June, and empty Coke can got you $7 bucks off, or something like that. Although it's only $25 to get in, which I thought was reasonable anyway.

SFGAdv tickets are $39.99 online through their website: http://www.sixflags.com/parks/greatadventure/TicketInfo/index.html

 

There is also a buy-one-get-one-free offer with Coke cans. You can pickup a marked Coke can at the Wawa (convenience store) on the way in to the park (it's right off the interstate, and everyone stops there before going into the park).

 

You may want to pay a few extra dollars and get the VIP deal if you only have a day to do the park though:

How many parks are you going to? Only the one's you've mentioned?

 

If you're doing multiple Six Flags parks you might want to get a season pass to make it cheapest.

 

Same thing with Geaga Lake if you happen to be doing Dorney and Cedar Point as well. Though in this case getting a Dorney pass would work best as you wouldn't have to pay the Cedar Point add on for Geauga LAke.

These US Coke cans seem to be valuable. I suppose its BoGoF for the front entrance ticket price ($60) ie $30 per person - still cheaper than the online $40 price (excluding tax). Thanks GAcoaster, the VIP deal looks tempting, but we've decided to go for the gold Qbot if we save enough from these discounted tickets at all the parks.

 

How many parks are you going to?

 

Hi Carnage, these are the parks in order HP, PKD, GL, CP, CP/Soak city, SFGAdv. We hope to save enough bucks to get the Gold Qbot for our final park. We opted to stay at Breaker's express for CP and get their package - early entry and cheaper tickets.

I couldn't tell you. I didn't know about it until we got to the gate but, everyone seemed to be walking up with cans in their hands. Oh well, $25 isn't too bad to get in for a park. Bring your swimsuit, the water park is awesome.
