B-DIDDY Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 My gf and I are planning a trip to Dorney again and I was wondering if there are any cheap hotels near bye and discount tickets anywhere around the park. I want to go to the park the whole day so i dont want to do the after 5pm ticket deal. I thought I heard dunkin dougnuts has a coupon but im not sure. thanks for all the help!

SharkTums Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 The hotels at the Dorney Exit always seem to be VERY expensive for what you get. Go a few exits away and you'll find hotels in the more normal price range.

CoasterFanatic Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 I always found the hotels around the Lehigh Valley Airport to be cheaper (about 5 miles away). If you want to treat yourself, here is a little secret tat has worked for me everytime. 1. Go to Hotwire 2. Look up hotels in Allentown 3. Select the only 3-Star hotel they list 4. Book it for $60 It will be the Crowne Plaza downtown. Super nice hotel in a kind of mediocre neighborhood.
