thefitness Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Hey Everyone I am planning on going to Cypress Gardens sometime next week.(im purchasing an annual pass thing too.) And i was wondering how big or small are the crowds?or what the longest wait youve had there? Also are all the coasters normally open? Thanks
thefitness Posted July 20, 2006 Author Posted July 20, 2006 No one? it would be alot of help if someone could reply!
Erik Johnson Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 I have only been to the park once and the crowds were overall very light. Just be prepared to be very, very hot while in the park, because there is no shade in the ride area. I pretty much almost got heat exhaustion while I was there last time, so take extra care to make sure that you are hydrated.
Johnny Upsidedown Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 The park will probably be light in crowds. The water park may draw more people then the amusement park but havent been in a while. Last year during the summer months the rides were basikally a walk on. Or minimal wait. The park is mostly small kiddie rides with a few thrill rides. The coasters are family type rides and are usually open when the park is open. You will do everything in the park in only a few hours unless you really walk slow. If you are into water parks then you may want to bring a suit. The have a wave pool and several slides, overall its a pretty fun small family park.
BarryH Posted July 22, 2006 Posted July 22, 2006 Unless there is a concert that day, I've never seen huge crowds at Cypress Gardens. If there is a concert (especially if the performer is very popular), the park will get crowded later in the afternoon.
