I'm going to head down that Friday and stay in the San Diego area and head home Sunday. I even plan on brewing something of my own for the event that everyone that shows up will be able to taste either before or after leaving the Stone event. Tickets go on sale July 7th. They will go FAST. So get them soon if you plan on coming.

DerekRx Posted July 5, 2006 Posted July 5, 2006 Bummer, this looks like a really great beer event. Too bad I already booked my flights to fly out the weekend before! I'd go back the following weekend just for this stuff, in fact, if I can actually get tickets to come out there, I have enough miles and that weekend is still free for me to book right now. I'll have to hope I can get a ticket for that Saturday, and I'll definitely fly out! 2 weekends in San Diego back to back drinking great beer, doesn't sound bad to me!

DerekRx Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 I won't be doing it this year (can't justify flying out there twice in 2 weeks, plus I can't imagine the jetlag back to back). I'll definitely keep an eye out for next year's event, and will definitely plan a trip out there then.
