  1. =[ I wanted go to Leeds, parents wernt amused and refused. Have fun =]
  2. last concert was Mcfly last October. not exactly hardcore, more of a kiddy band people might call them? But there not, trust. Next concert - Friday - The Fratellis at Manchester University it will rock I can assure you now...
  3. i have a G- scale version to run round my garden. i got daddy wrapped round my finger today and did a bit of the old fluttering eyelashes and voila. all thats missing are the screams and passengers with thier arms in the air.
  4. got a new toy today.. and thought some of you disney fans might recognise it.. http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c319/little-pink-fairy/closeup.jpg
  5. hii my names Sammie, i live in Preston which is pretty much down the motorway from Blackpool, travelling on there you'll have probabally seen the signs saying 'Preston' so yeah i thought I'd make it clear first as not a lot of people know where Preston is. I'm 15 and go to school in Chorley, home to the crappiest theme park - Camelot. It would be great to meet some of you guys soon, maybe next time you're in Blackpool I'll try and orgainise a trip down so I could 'bump into you' and say a few hi's - even though i don't know anybody off here it would be great to get to know some of you... X
  6. last time I went on the 'nash' going down the hills I admit are very aggressive but the new trains throw you about going round 'canal turn' and I somehow don't remember them being like that, but that might just be me? also the operators haven't quite got the hang of the new system just yet, getting the train inline for the next riders took them at least five attempts each time, sounding like an awful attempt at beepboxing as all that could be herd was 'shhh' from one train and the other side echoing, very entertaining!
  7. last year when I went to BPB rollercoaster had no restraints (the seatbelts) so I was a little gutted that they had put them in but all the same there are no lap bars just a seatbelt across your lap.
  8. went to BPB yesterday and I was pleased to see The Grand National back open after a while of being closed, the pleasure beach had decided to get rid of the spotted and checkered trains and have standard green and purple. but I have to say I honestly do not remember grand national being as rough as it was yesterday. Anybody else had the oportunity to try the new trains out? Other than that it was a great day, although the Pepsi Max Big One was shut due to the wind, Iron Bru Revolution opened for the total of three train rides and then broke down, did'nt get chance for steeplechase or avalanche and 'the rollercoaster' now has seat belts installed into the trains.
  9. woo here i come blackpool. going on thursday - can't wait. its supersaver though - only £15 a wristband but hey! it wont bother us that much
  10. i would have to say a little park named 'camelot' would have to get my vote. many of you in here would probably not have heard of it as its nice and tucked away in north west england in a little place called chorley. i would have to choose this park simply because the first ever inverted coaster i went on was at this park. to fill you in on this park... camelot is medevil themed and is famous around the north west for 'excalibour' which got demolished and they later decided on 'excalibour 2' i cant think of anything else really but closely following camelot would have to be blackpool and finally alton towers!
