  1. Hey all, thought I'd throw the link to my photo TR for WDW. It's on my blog, so not written specifically for the coaster crowd. It would take too much time to repost all the pics over here It was my first trip to WDW that I stayed on property. And I don't think I'll ever stay off property again. It was a great time. I originally thought 6 days would be more than enough time, yet there were things we missed that I would like to hit again in the future. Anyways, here's the link. http://www.livejournal.com/users/raptorboy/49175.html
  2. 1. Raptor (duh) 2. Batman 3. Talon 4. DD-Fire 5. DD-Ice
  3. Hmmm, I'll have to see if I get one forwarded from my old address. Not sure how long the post office will forward mail for, but I was on the list from last year.
  4. Main difference here, Knott's was run independent before, and run quite well. Expecting a corporate giant to come in and do as well (keep all the charm) is unlikely. However, SF is another story. They've already been running the parks into the ground. I can't see how it would get any worse. Geauga has improved (even if attendance hasn't).
  5. Best: Dueling Dragons for pure aesthetics Mantis because I love any queue where the coaster is constantly surrounding you. Worst: Riddler's Revenge. I've never even considered riding up front because of the wait. Viper at SFMM: I'm always hopping over railings because they split the line into front/middle/back before the stairs.
  6. You know, that's totally true. It's always so much better at night. I think the little extra bit of speed helps too. Glides over some of those rough patches. The airtime was great on it last night. -Kyle "feel hung over because I'm so tired today" Miller
  7. We rode in the last car of the Gold train. Much less rough than when I rode it two months ago.
  8. I had a great time last night. Me, who usually cowers in fear at the thought of a haunted event. I'm amazed at the detail that all of the mazes had. Leagues above the other SoCal park halloween event. A good first Haunt for me. Btw, Ghostrider was running amazing last night. Best ride on it yet for me. It's tracking really well, and it was booking it through the course.
  9. I called and confirmed the dinner as well. The lady told me that the entrance would be behind the chicken dinner restaurant, towards the park exit, and there would be a check-in area clearly marked. I haven't bought a ticket yet for it, I figure we should be fine though right? We're we supposed to receive AP coupons? or are they offering the rate w/o?
  10. I'll be there with my Depends on. Oh, and my friend Kevin is coming too. We'll be there at 5:30 for the VIP dinner buffet thing.
  11. Btw Robb, You're Fire wings have struck again, but this time on the way out. It's interesting, same lingering burn. Not too bad at first, but gets worse the longer I sit here.
  12. Yea for pictures. I had a great time all around. Oh, and I've finally gotten around to updating some of the profile info in here. AIM and stuff. Looking forward to the next get together. -Kyle
  13. Hey, can you add me+1. 2pm and the party. Thanks, - Kyle
