  1. All from rcdb.com: For full-circuit steel in the U.S., Matterhorn held the record (80 ft.) from 1959 to 1970 (Big Bend topped it in 1971). For wood, the Revere Beach Cyclone held the record (100 ft.) from 1925 to 1969. It gets fuzzier for steel if you include non full-circuit rides.
  2. Another Spacewarp owner here. That is an insane layout. I had designs incorporating drops off of other pieces of furniture in my room, but not even in the same ballpark as that. Plus, I kept breaking those flimsy cross-ties. Still, it won me first place in my 7th grade science fair. Spacewarp is a crowd-pleaser.
