Good post, brought back memories of my trip out there this past May. That drive from LAV to LA is a doozy but it is fun. Two things to watch out for: your car can EASILY overheat going up through Mountain Pass and the Alien Jerky shop in Baker, CA. Spent so much money there on yummy yummy jerky.

Absolutely. The Boneyard served its purpose for many a year but over time it became an eyesore. The new ampitheatre and the coaster will be much better for guest satisfaction.

I love watching this thing grow day by day. I know I was somewhat against it as in my opinion cutting into theming and such but its turning into a beautiful coaster.
