Hold up playa, we need to get on the same page. What are you considering the "front" of the park? Because when I think of the "front of the park" I'm thinking of the area closest to the gate, on the fairground's side of the walkway. I consider the Hurricane Bay, Wheel area the back because as you walk through the gate, you're going from front to back... Anyhow, there's area around where Chang was where the park could easily expand and build something. Admittedly, I don't know the precise height restrictions on that parcel of land...

See? I just didn't care for Rougarou, personally. The floorless design wasn't anything unique, in my mind, as it felt like any other sit down B&M coaster. It wasn't as thrilling, at least in my opinion, as it was when it was a stand up coaster. And personally, I can't ride the flyers. I get severe dizziness just being laid back like they do in the loading stations. I'd be blacked out before even getting to the lift hill! -

I never found them to be particularly uncomfortable...at least, not more so than other coasters I've been on. Personally, I always theorized that it was because they cost more to maintain with the suspension in the seat themselves...but, that's just personal theory. -

Personally, I'd love to see King's Island get a record breaker stand up coaster. Name it something like "Cobra's Revenge" to pay homage to the original King Cobra coaster. With as few stand ups as there are these days, it'd be something that would stand out and it'd be similar to how they put Banshee at the same park that had the original suspended. Speaking of which, why ARE there so few stand up coasters these days? -
Lighting Run's a decent coaster. I enjoy it, while also not understanding all of the hype that it gets around here. And yes, it's restraint system is the epitome of "Over Engineered" and as you said, even people with a more average body type have a difficult time with those restraints. Honestly, I can take or leave Lightning Run.

I remain utterly convinced that the Koch family had no interest in actually doing anything with the park, but wanted to delay it's reopening and thus siphoning guests from Holiday World, as long as possible. Their actions alone on that have really made me disinterested in ever visiting their park. They had come right out and said "Steel coasters? Yuck!" once, yet when Kingdom starts getting praise they go out and build Thunderbird.

He's mentioned talking with RMC about a new coaster and has, in the past, expressed interest in a new B&M coaster...I suspect it may be something with the T-Rex track. I didn't necessarily take his "fabulous" comment to mean a new family coaster, but it's indicative (IMO) of him already knowing the layout and general design of the new coaster. It also hints that it'll be happening sooner rather than later. In year's past, when he first ran the park, it only ever had the one family coaster. I'm not sure that'll change this go around.

Well, at first I thought it'd be something using the Raptor track, perhaps it's "standard configuration"...but then, I thought back on his previous expressed desires of having another B&M coaster (he tried buying Time Machine) for the park so now I'm thinking it may be something utilizing the T-Rex track. Either way, and all steel RMC is what I'm expecting.

I suspect that's what they're going to do, is invest in that area of the park more in the next couple of years. Like you said, it's pretty dead over there at the moment but there's plenty of space for some new rides. I can't help but think they have something in mind already for where the old dragsters use to be, otherwise why leave it so empty for so long?

I'm just trying to understand this, honestly... A ride that literally does the same thing as another ride isn't the same type of ride because both are done utilizing different mechanisms? Isn't that kind of like saying Top Thrill Dragster isn't a roller coaster because it has a different track than a B&M? I'm confused here...
