Jman replied to coasterbuzz36763's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Its a nolimits file- Im assuming you t have NL? Id be willing to do the terraforming, Im pretty good at it! I have no Idea how you are going to do the reverse points, though. I dont know if the layout you have there is even correct. Here is a POV, it should help you a ton. http://www.rollercoasterpro.com/onride_videos/ Expedition Everest is there. -

Long ago, some 80 years ago, there was an amazing amusment park. Nesteled in a valley, this park was a huge succsess. To the owners it seemed like their good fourtune would last forever- But they were very, very, wrong. With the arrival of the depression, the park went out of business. All the rides, except the carousel were scrapped or sold. Then some 80 years later, a man- his name Richard Kinzel, stumbles opon the carousel. His mind filled with Ideas of an amusment park, and he turned his dream, into a reality. Here are some pics: The lovely carousel. Thrill valley also boasts some amazing flat rides. The tilta- whirler, hmm, whats this over here? Ha! Ill have to leave you hanging, only for a moment though This is the food court. The moment has come, Its the Ratler! Here you see its station and line. Sorry, Ill have an overveiw in a moment. Well, Im open to all coments! Hope you liked it! (Not done!) EDIT: Here is the overveiw:

This may sound really stupid, but wheres the checkbox? Wait, I missed the tutorial, I got it know, thanks! If anyone else has questions feel free to ask them!

Hey guys, in this topic, you post your NL realated questions and see if anyone has answers. I have a question. How do I use the tunnels that I made in tunnelmaker on my tracks? Ive saved the tunnel in the tunnelmakers elements folder (With all the other tunnels) but I dont know how to open them in the NL editor. Any answers would be great, thanks!

Great for a first, but here comes the constructive criticsisim: There was some jerkeyness, but seeing this is your first coaster it is really very smooth. As you use the program more, your coasters will become smoother and smoother. I would bank the helix turns a bit more, and decrese the banking on the hill after the flat turnaround. But again, as with track smoothing, your banking skills will improve as you use the program more. I thought the MCBR slowed the train down too much, it would be awesome if there was no trimming and it hit the helix at high speed! Other than that, this was a fun ride! Great for a first! I cant wait to see more from smmfreak! On a scale of 1-10 (10 being best) you get a 7!

Hey, This coaster took me a good amount of time, ans I wasent slacking off or anything, its my best work.
-
Failed tunnel test-Huh? All elements were prefab- and IMO if prefab elements are smoothed into the track (Which I did my best to do, without using ANY tools.) theres nothing wrong with using them. I did the supports quickly, so that makes sense.

Yea, I cant stand the jerkeyness in the first drop, and the helix, is that where you thought it was jerky too?

No, I dont plan on staying at a CP resort-Ill prob just stay at a cheap hotel/motel nearby.I dont know what the squedule is- I live in NJ 8 hours away, so If I dont know if i will be able to get there when it opens. Either that, or Ill drive to sandusky, get a hotel, spend the night, spend a whole day at the park, spend one more night at the hotel and then leave next morning. I think Im going in May, prob on a weekday.
-
^Cool, Im hoping to go on a weekday, mabye Friday the 26th. Why is that the only friday with longer hours? Is there a huge group coming or something?
