If only. It sucks knowing that KI has a coaster that should be ours. We were originally getting an inverted impulse, a B&M Floorless coaster, and a Flying Dutchman but we had to settle for a used Shwartzkopf shuttle coaster and a wild mouse Though RRE might have always of been planned to go to KK.

I'm getting a little off topic here but does anyone know when the Carowinds 2015 park map will come out?

4 million is nowhere near how much it would cost to I-Box the Twins. Then again, plans change, so maybe those numbers were reported before they chose to do I-Box track. I'm pretty sure I heard somewhere that they were spending nearly 6 million dollars on it...

ok so that's a nice distance. The closet RMC I-Box coaster is at Six Flags Over Texas. And thats 12&1/2 hours from here so thats even better

Its the RMC track for Twisted Twins. There Starting to prep it early for next year wait so KK is giving twisted twins the RMC treatment? Basically Well, we don't know for sure yet, but it's a pretty good guess. GG could also do something like they did with Hades. I think twisted twins will stay wood because both sides could be connected and become the longest wooden coaster. This could be RMC s first wood makeover. Actually, TT's is only 3,000ft each so it couldn't be the longest wood coaster but maybe the longest racing wood coaster? Plus I think that they will make it steel because unlike alot of places they've done Hybrids, EX. SFFT & SFM. They have a good wood coaster (TR) to support losing one.

If they got a mat racer it WOULD be a Kraken Racer. They're gonna try to differentiate between the slides at KI and especially HW and try to make theirs different and better. KI has an Octopus Racer, HW has a Pro Racer, so it only makes since for KK to have a Kraken Racer (or a new form?)

True. I've seen no problems without them. Plus on Hypers it kinda takes away part of the feeling that you get on the 1st drop you know?

If it were a part of the waterpark that would make sense. Originally KK was going to add a Kraken Racer. Making it different from HW's and KI's Racers.

Good Point. Construction on anything makes the site have a bunch of dirt.

I agree, ur right. Also the trains were garbage because they came from the cheap, garbage, roller coaster manufacturer that is Vekoma. Unless of course... they're working with Disney.

I don't know bout cushions (which would be a great idea) but I do know that the main thing the new restraints are meant to do is relieve the head banging. And while I'm at it... am I the only who thinks that they should do at least SOME re-tracking on a ride that's been SBNO for 5 years? It just doesn't seem like the new trains = full safety IMHO. But that might also be because i just broke my scared of big roller coasters thing early 2014 so that might just be coming from the old me. BTW welcome to the board jtd0826.

I'm gonna have to go with Lightning Run at Kentucky Kingdom. It's at about 42seconds and it's full of ejector airtime, some floater airtime and just intense and overrated.

I know this might just be my opinion but does anybody else think in 2015 KK will have the best flats out of the 3 parks? I mean i think Fearfall, Cyclos, Skycatcher, and Enterprise will be better than KI's Droptower, Delerium, and Windseeker and much better than HW's Liberty Launch and Crowsnest. Anybody else think so to?

I wish they would've added at least one ride near T3 cuz all that they have in that area is T3 and Raging River
