  1. "I normally don't post hotel pictures, but I am going to make an exception in this case. We stayed at the super 8 hotel near the park, and it was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. I would not recommend staying here. There were bed bugs and all kinds of nasty things." I honestly couldn't agree more. I know that it is a lower "star," room but i have been to many similar hotels that have the same quality but this hotel is just poor. When we checked in on our trip 3 weeks ago, we were greeted by a giant beetles on the wall and ceiling. Two of the lamps didn't work and the shower sprayed every where due to the shoddy shower rod. If your looking for a place to crash and leave, this place works if your willing to sleep on top of the sheets with your clothes on. The staff here was VERY friendly but i would never stay there again.
  2. I noticed the market place being down as well. I hope they re-open it but have not heard if it is tentative or not. I bought a Maverick Statix model 2 months ago and paid 14.99 + S&H.
  3. Thanks for the great trip report Chuck! I also love your reports and great captions. Glad to see Carowinds utilizes the plinko game vs. the spinning wheel that Kings Island was using this past weekend. Seems like the odds are more favorable when playing plinko vs. the wheel of lost cash. Thanks for posting!
  4. I am digging the concept of this post! If i had to pick 3 i would go with the following: 1.)Big Bad Wolf - Busch Gardens Williamsburg 2.)Ultra Twister - Nagashima Spa Land 3.)Steamin' Demon - Great Escape My number one might be an odd choice but i have always had an appreciation for Arrow suspended coasters.
  5. I am really looking forward to all the RMC 2015 projects and Fury 325 as well!
