Wow. Thanks Robb. It's looking fantastic. Maggiekat and I have begun making our coaster plans for next year. Definitely will be making a trip to Charlotte. Haven't been to Carowinds since we lived out near there in 2004. Maggiekats first upside down ride was the enterprise ride there at the park when she was 2 years old. It was one of the few rides (in 2004) that didn't have a min. Height requirement if you were with an adult (like their log ride).

Ahhh valet park at the hotel lobby (underneath adventure dome). Then just tip like two dollars when u pick it up

Lol. You got a car, if not. Take taxi and tell them to drop you off at hotel check in. It's underneath the adventuredome

Dropped by today to get some El Loco rides in (Maggie) got some good grades this week and figured we all deserved some coaster time. Park was dead, loco was a two car wait. Onboard sound was not on today

Nice of them to do, though I wonder how many people bought gold passes during the flash sale? I imagine a lot. It seems like every time we fly out from vegas this year (about once every month or 2, the gold early entry line grows each time. I was having to get there earlier each time to still get in with the crowd. It looked like there were probably 60 or so people this time. (Versus the 10 or so earlier this year). When the scanners were new, I was around number 20 in line, and ended up getting in after half the GP did... I know other parks have done similar things. Knotts does it all the time, but to really enjoy that perk, this is a change that was needed. I'm hoping this will be permanent...
