  1. A churro stand.....or multiple churro stands??
  2. Probably because SFNE's is built on Twister's (top spin) old pad and foundation, and the other parks have to do a bit more to get the site ready, just a guess.
  3. Same exact restraints as Millenium Force and Top Thrill Dragster if you've ridden either one, the original intamin tbars were much less restrictive and thinner padding. I personally don't hate the restraints now just the noticeable rattle and the massive speaker headrests from the Bizarro train mods.
  4. They blasted the purple off and then repainted.
  5. I personally love Rockit never had an uncomfortable ride on it, to each their own I suppose. Always a fun ride, not quite as thrilling as Hulk or Dragons but one of my favorite attractions at Universal.
  6. HOORAY! I've been wating for a iron horse gwazi for a while. It would be awesome if it had sustained ejector airtime like El Toro. It would also be cool if it had a expedition geforce like drop. You do know nothing is confirmed right?
  7. Also because Monday is Columbus Day so it'll be more like a Friday/Saturday night.
  8. ^Looks like a lot of rain over the northeast this weekend, was planning to go to SFGrAdv myself this Saturday but the weather looks like a wash just something to keep an eye on.
  9. Bizarro/Superman is not a clone like the other two at DL and SFA, I believe bizarro/superman has a better combo of airtime and forces than the two mirrored clones which is why it ranks so much higher.
  10. Dive coasters are just plain awesome fun. Griffon and Sheikra are two of my favorite coasters they don't need intensity to be great rides those drops alone and unique trains will make the ride for a lot of people. I'm personally excited to see another one built in the US and one with a larger layout even slightly makes this all the better.
  11. I mean anything is possible if it's a full retrack, but I believe the new track would have to be wider and then support clearance adjusted also it would have to be a floorless conversion(would essentially be a brand new coaster). If the rumors are indeed true about the retrack and brand new launch system with an updated queue I highly doubt universal would want to spend even more in order to use a new type of restraint. This is just my thinking but no, I'd expect the trains to remain the same or very similar.
  12. Six flags has a thing for "ripping off" coasters named after batman, just sayin.
  13. It was tweeted out a couple of days ago, the wonderland 3d maze is going in the Shrek building with the entrance somewhere on the backside by Mel's I believe. Jack's show is on a stage built right across from there where the sacrifice by the voodoo queen was last year. Not the map handed out in park as rides not listed on this version however.
  14. The Rockville area of the park on twister's old pad, pretty sure.
  15. Well the tram tour segment in Hollywood is in 3d so if you assume they're using similar elements like the new King Kong ride then it will probably be 3D. It also depends on what the ride system is. We might learn more about how this Fast and the Furious ride will shape up when Kong: Skull Island opens. You do know the new Kong ride in Islands is nothing close to the Hollywood tram iteration right? It's going to be a ride vehicle, think kilamanjaro, with a tour guide exploring skull island. Most likely featuring a good combination of live sets and special effects obviously not much confirmed yet other than concept art, but I'd expect the fast and furious iteration in Orlando to be quite different as well.
  16. Looks like the Purge is the next house coming to Universal Orlando for HHN 25. http://blog.universalorlando.com/whats-new/the-purge-hhn-25/
  17. I noticed that while doing some research the other day, very interesting! I'm happy to say that I've been on 43 of those 100 (101 is you count Dragons separately!) Why wouldn't one count the dragons of dragons challenge separately? They are two completely different tracks and experiences.
  18. Exit is orange roof on left side of pic, entrance directly behind Timewarp and pandemonium queue to the right across from trampolines If I recall correctly, Time Warp occupied the space currently held by Pandemonium's current queue, which originally wrapped around the back of Pandemonium. Time warp was awesome, miss that ride. It was located directly across from blizzard rivers entrance you entered under a section of track for pandemonium, as the coaster was built around time warp. That was never part of Pandemonium's queue.
  19. Anyone seen this pic yet seagull squished by gatekeeper. Posted to screamscape Twitter.
  20. At the end of August forget the exact date but it'll be a group announcement for the entire chain.
  21. A whole 5 wow, let's just tell everyone to avoid every state starting with ct because 5 people got robbed and because of your opinion then. Avoid the cities then, the state is fine and a great place to live, every state has their own problem spots do you honestly feel safe in NYC all the time??? You're entitled to that opinion but don't tell people to avoid the state completely because of ones opinion, ignorance at its finest. Back to SFNE.
  22. All I can say is wow you obviously have a thing against Hartford and our other lovely cities but to trash the whole state which may be expensive but in no way is it a dangerous place to avoid, that's just ignorant. Most of the state is the total opposite of the big cities and their suburbs. I'll leave it at that. ^^^Also to above if you're into basketball the Naismith Hall of Fame is in Springfield the birthplace of the sport is worth a visit.
  23. Or maybe the fact that bizarro rarely has a line anyways.
