While I had been to Disney as a kid, I despised the place the overdone rides and ridiculous heat was never enjoyable. Years later I returned with my fiance on a surprise trip from my Mom and Sister. I can still say you cant sell me on the Magic Kingdom but the other parks were pretty nice. I did bring a camera so I had that going for me. I did the pictures a little different because we have all seen enough of the typical cell phone pictures. We did devote most of our time to a nice compilation video which we will be in the bottom of this posts if that more you style or have time, check it out! Headed out from St.Louis into the sunrise early AM. SW Window We were then picked up by a Rodents Bus Service which was nice. MagicExpress Checked into our Value Resort : All Star Sports.....So many HUGE groups. First stop after landing....Animal Kingdom I really liked Exp Everest. So Smooth and just enough to keep you excited. We are animal people so the walk through safaris and random exhibits throughout was nice. Tree Of Life Stuff Pandora! Going to the park I had not even seen the movie but was still impressed at every turn. The Big Golf Ball Land! Spent about 2.5 Hours exploring all the countries We were absolutely dead that dead. Onto the Studios which ended up being my personal favorite although we were there for the huge power outage. The Tower annnndddd Star Wars Toy Story land was good when you could walk. This area of the park seems 600X warmer than any other. Onto everyone's favorite. That one with the Castle. The Most difficult picture to achieve even coming to the park early this statue is surrounded all day. Small Statues in the garden The Castle. and my prized shot during extra magic hours where I finally got the castle void of anyone. Candle Fella That's all I have for pictures right now. Looking back I could of done much better but its a first time and now I'm aware of what works and whats boring. I enjoyed our stay Disney does make things effortless and it makes you feel like you are truly in another world. My fiance loved it and I'm sure we will be back within the year. Now below is the video which we are actually proud of we spent most of our time with this. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be]

This brings me the most happiness lol, the bashing SFSTL was taking for Amerens bad transport plant on social media was crazy. I guess people truly believed six flags generates its own grid. -

Went out to opening night last night was not disappointed blind fury was not bad the best part of the night was the park was low in attendance and the longest wait we had was Mr.Freeze at about 25 minutes on 1 train operation. Seems like all the roving actors are still getting into the swing of things they were just a bit "off" but as a whole pretty good visit. -

Ill take it, I do my long stays during fright fest but for the remainder of the year I top at about 3 hours. -

I think this is a solid set up, I think the ride needs to win over the GP with action you can tell anyone "yeah its going to be awesome"but a dark ride will never hold up over spoken word and SF promo videos like a coaster will you cant spit out specs like "300ft Tall!" it would just be "Its Dark and super hero's show up" it doesn't work. Once the ride is up, obviously people are going to try it out and I think its at that point the ride will start to gain its acceptance/popularity...... Off topic here but we were talking about SF setting up for bulk orders, anybody know of a giant loop manufacturer that is having an out of business sale because SF hit the jackpot apparently I am glad we will not be seeing those for at least 10 years when we are given one..ahhhh I kid. -

I have to agree with what was said earlier also either they are trying to throw a huge curve ball, are the worst group at dropping a hint known to man or, the ride will be something other than justice league. The hints just don't match but we shall see soon. On a side note I'm ready to end this summer terribleness bring on the fall, the best time to be at the park by far! -

No expert here, I work on cars in my free time not roller coasters. In My Eyes Spring loading will add more friction.....But its all in the wheel. Steels rigidity doesn't allow anywhere near the energy absorption of a poly urethane wheel. The virtual absence of "Give" in the steel gives it the big advantage of less friction spring loaded or not. Urethane with unrivaled smoothness absorbs energy like a sponge compared to steel. The Durometer (Hardness) of these wheels is what is going to give them the friction vs steel. Expanding the footprint gives you a softer ride while gaining traction/drag. its like an aluminum baseball bat without a grip maximum energy transfer straight into your hands, while with a grip that energy is dissipated before coming to your hands. -

Very cool with the Season pass change, without photos it should speed up process big time and hopefully making the renew process much less of a pain. Thanks for the info HW Im always lurking this thread keep us posted! Any ideas if batman will get a different color palette or sticking to previous color? -
The fight between Import VS muscle is the absolute driving force in the performance car industry. Same goes for Domestic events all over the country. Its an argument that happens everywhere within every brand its the life force of the car world. Simple as that really. And European cars have always been distinguished as a different "group" then the Asian manufacturing group.

There is a sign near the backlot arcade that says "Zombie Paintball Apocalypse". I do not think this is a hayride. It seems to be a Halloween-themed paintball course. I don't think a hayride is coming this year. Maybe the area will be used for a future construction project? Not sure, SFZIP is a credible source for sure and it seems that six flags tends to follow trends via frightfest 1-2 years late. Halloween Productions Inc introduced a Paintball hayride which is basically a trailer with guns plumbed to a central tank. I can see them jumping on this. EASY MONEY, having tried it at creepy world, it is pretty boring.... but Six flags is making it more accessible now without the hour + lines and $25 cost of getting into creepy-world. -

Seems like the hayride would give them better profits from appeal, All I know is October is my favorite time of year cool weather ,work load is lighter, Fright Fest and Haunted houses. ahhhhhhh Moderator Edit: Please let the moderators do their jobs. We have a quality of posts that we expect on TPR and we do not need members questioning what that quality is. Please, do not do this again. -

The boss is not THAT rough, unbearable is a drama queen statement. The ninja bashes your skull in ,that's rough. I'm saying I don't think a conversion is the answer. Chopping a ride and dumping money in it. Use a new ride and gain park expansion and be able to advertise something "big and new" (not boomerang new) and not "oh hey guys we added big turns and it's fast now"
