I know! But im just saying technically it is trimmed. It may not be much, the only one i feel is the one after Stengel Dive -

I know of 3 trim breaks on Skyrush. One on 2nd airtime hill, 1 after Stengel Dive, 1 on last airtime hill. And yes i agree i doubt it even slows it down that much, but, it is still technically trimmed. Here are screen shots from POV....they certainly are puny little things, but they are there 2nd ATH After dive Last ATH -

Just read on another "not to be told" website that they hope Skyrush doesn't get trimmed! Do they not know it already is?! -

So they changed to softer materials during last season, and now they have changed to an even softer material, or am I mistaken? You are correct! Its not just softer though, its a totally different type of material. I guess people just have to feel/ride it to see the difference. But its definitely a different lapbar with the same shape -

^I totally see your point...they actually dont look much different to me, but the biggest change is that the material is way different and softer. Before it felt like an old hard sponge, now like i said, it feels like a very soft bed. Lol, its hard to describe how it feels, but i think its so much different than last year. I think maybe the only change in design might be the curvature at the bottom. But it certainly is not much different. See the curve in the old ones looks slightly different than the new ones -

SPRINGTIME/OPENING DAY Hersheypark opened for its annual Springtime In The Park today! While i was only there from 10-12:00 i got plenty of rides in and took lots of pictures! Great things to see below!!! My sister and i were the FIRST riders of the year on Great Bear! It was awesome having a train all to yourself, and riding a nice B&M! It was funny seeing all the GP run to Skyrush and Fahrenheit, they were not open! Fahrenheit was dummy testing till about 11:50. Here is my recap of the coasters...... Great Bear: First riders! Was awesome to see the re-painted Bear roaring about! Was very smooth as always, had a 5 min wait till people realized Skyrush and Fahrenheit weren't open, then about 20-30 MINS. Got 4 rides in! Sooperdooperlooper: same as it aLways is! Looping and what not, had about a 45-60 min wait because of 1 train Storm Runner: Can you believe it had 2 trains going?! Blew me away, got 4 rides in before the wave of people came. I must say that it ran great! Fahrenheit: Closed until 11:50 ish, didn't get a ride in because i had to leave Sidewinder: Still shaky but i managed 1 ride Wildcat: It sure is wild...felt a bit smoother 1 ride Lighting Racer: RODE AMAZING! The Thunder side was so smooth no lie! Got 3 rides in without getting off! Comet: Line was 1h long. No thanks... Photos off my iPhone! Yes im at Hersheypark New Bear paint looks fabulous Got to love B&M funkiness! Loop de loop Good morning Intamin goodness Some Tidal Force re-hab! New Fahrenheit signage! If its not new, i never noticed it before! Looks awesome Dummies Getting artsy......LOOK! They are losing water! GCI awesomeness, just look at his smile........creep Old LR queue! Please put in a drop tower! New slide! Penetrate the Sky TWISSSSSTY!!!!!! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! Train porn Here she is! Look at those beautiful new lap-bars! Softer than my bed at home.
