  1. ^^Great Pictures! They look great. I've been wanting to ask what camera you use?
  2. When I used to work at Journey to Atlantis in Seaworld San Antonio, I would get those guest that ask me, "Is This a water Ride?" *Facepalm X5
  3. Wow, all That in one day? Come to think of it, they most likely had the major components assembled together for a while and they are now putting those components together to make that tower. Its just mind blowing how much it has grown within a few hours!
  4. Thanks Robb for posting these pictures them.
  5. Remind me again what the difference between waiting breaks, transfer, and main brakes are. Waiting brakes is where the train waits while an other train is on station. Transfer is where they can transfer trains from track to storage via a long piece of movable track. Most rides have their transfer breaks as their waiting blocks too, but I-rat has it's transfer block right after the station block. And last and not least the main brakes stop or slows down the train when the ride is over.
  6. When I went on SFFT on Friday, a full I-rat train was on the "waiting block" right before the station. On Sunday they had a full train in the station while having that two car train on the "waiting block." My guess is that they are testing out the block system between the station and waiting block and fine tuning it. Too bad I missed them pull out the trains. They weren't there when I got there that Sunday morning. Speaking of trains, does anyone know how many trains I-rat is going to be running? I'm guessing two since it doesn't have MCBR and by the looks of it, its going to have five block (station, transfer, lift, main brakes and waiting.) Correct me if I'm wrong.
  7. ^^ Oh like this! Sorry for the quality. It was taken on my phone...
  8. It depends on the park. I work in Sea World Texas as a ride operator and it's minimum age is 16 for ride op, and 18 with drivers licence for ride mechanic. But there are other parks like Cedar Point, Where you have to be 18 to operate the rides there.
  9. Hi! My name is Luis. Im from San Antonio and I'm an ride operator for one of the many B&M batman clones that does not have the word "bat" or "man" in it. That ride is The Great white in SeaWorld Texas and not Goliath at SFFT. If I counted correctly, I've been on a total of 74 coasters in the U.S and maybe one in Mexico. My favorite Steel coaster is has to be Maverick at Cedar point and for the woodie, it has to be Mean Streak. I'm also very good with NL and newton 2 and I know how to build a Good Hand build track with out newton. Trust me! And for those of ya'll going to the Mid/west tour, I'll being seeing ya'll there at SWSA. From TPR
  10. Thanks god I live in San Antonio! Riding this thing is going to be my new religion!
