Cedar Point (CP) Discussion Thread

https://www.cedarpoint.com/online-fun/live-video-cam/camera-1 One of the live webcams is focused on the Good Time Theatre. Does this mean that we could see it come down very soon then or will it be demolished in the spring? -

While we are talking about the Goodtime Theater, does anybody have any pictures of the inside of it? Also what did it used to look like before they renovated it and how did they go about doing it? -
From my understanding, I thought there will be a few/couple more throughout the ride. I'm pretty sure John Woods stated the ride would be half media and half props/animatronics. Will try to find interview and listen again. Sorry...interview is with Rich Hill not John Woods. He didn't say how many animatronics but did say half media and half physical props/scenes. I was told that there will be one in the ride and one in the queue. When you have a lot of different screens (the largest being 30x14) with top notch 3D scenes, the animatronics are a lot less important. How do all of you know all of this information?

Are you maybe confused with Maverick? -
I would go for it. If Goliath doesn't make it worth it, something else at the park definety will. Great America is my home park and it would be worth it to drive six hours just to go to the park. Not sure how many coasters you've been on, but Raging Bull, V2, Superman, Goliath, X-Flight and Viper are roller coasters that you just don't have anything similar to at St Louis. Also make sure to check out American Eagle.

Maybe a return of the Villains Cafe? The sign is currently in storage behind the Boss and is visible from the train. I highly doubt it though. I'm guessing if it's a restaurant it'll be a restaurant for vegetarians since that seems to be the new trend in the chain. I was mainly happy that Villain's Cafe was changed because on two of the giant signs on the side of the building read "Villian's Cafe". Which signs?

I am going to be going to Six Flags St. Louis very soon and would like some advice. What days would be the best to go with the least amount of lines? Is there anything cool to see in the park, and are there any remains of rides (like the hanibarrels were) or anything abandoned, rundown, hidden things or secret pathways in the park to see? What order should I ride the rides in? Any magic seats or best seats for any of the rides? Thanks in advance.
