  1. Looks like this is gonna have pretty good competition with Disney World, Universal, Seaworld, and Busch Gardens.
  2. I wouldn't hold my breath guys. There's no telling what's gonna happen for next season. It's like the park DOESN'T WANT to succeed.
  3. As an RCT fan I once was, what we were given in the two expansions was a massive kick in the groin. I don't think anyone was asking for countless re-themed rides being considered as individual rides. What they should've done was add even more rides and theme types just like they did with the core game. However, I didn't really see the point with all the oriental food stalls. Still, they could've made even more different rides and attractions for both expansions, and none of all that re-theming. RCT2's expansions should've been just like RCT1's expansions, giving much more satisfying content. I'm not sure if making waterparks were feasible with the game's 2d grapics, but they should've included more variety.
  4. What is it that you like about the year round theme parks, the seasonal amusement parks, and the annual fairs & carnivals? What I like in theme parks is their elaborate theming and unique rides/attractions. I like amusement parks for their ride ride variety and amount of coasters. I like fairs and carnivals for the lights at night and what kinds of different rides they can use.
  5. Probably Rolling Thunder at Great Adventure. Surprised that hasn't been taken down yet.
  6. I think it would be real cool if Orlando had its own funfair. It would be much bigger than Florida's state fair and would be right up there with the State Fair Meadowlands and Dusseldorf Fair. It would basically be a massive carnival, but would still have different exhibits and shows, just none of the agricultural and livestock stuff. It would contain many rides, attractions, and stalls seen in almost every state and county fair, as well as many that are primarily seen in European funfairs, like the Airwolf, High Energy, Flying Circus, Waltzer, Rotor, Parkour, Devil Rock, Circus Circus, Rocket, Breakdance, and many others. Coasters like the Thriller and Euro Star would also be in this fair. It would run from late July to Early August every year.
  7. Why wouldn't they? They can make some very great things when collaborating with the other companies. But then again, why would they when they already have the top 8 parks in the world by attendance in 2010. They are already on top, there is no need to collaborate, at least from a business standpoint. But it wouldn't have to be a Disney park with their style of theming. Disney and Universal would work on park theming and they, along with Seaworld, would make designs for their attractions and use many from different manufactures like Intamin, Vekoma, and B&M. Disney Imagineers along with members of Universal Creative would make ideas for their more innovative attractions. For the person who mentioned Europa Park, I stated in my OP that the primary theme park (e.g. Magic Kingdom) would be like that park, but with Disney-style themed areas. It would be a better themed version of that park too.
  8. Why wouldn't they? They can make some very great things when collaborating with the other companies.
  9. There would also be discounts for this resort, with WDW, Universal, Seaworld, and Busch Gardens.
  10. Imagine what it would be like if Those three great theme park companies worked together on a joint project creating a massive theme park resort. It would have all kinds of theme parks, waterparks, hotels, resorts, city areas, and much more. It would be like an American Version of Dubailand, without all the Arabic stuff and that it wouldn't be put in a desert. The main theme park would be a cross between Disneyland and Islands of Adventure, as well as having influences from theme parks like Europa Park and Phantasialand. It would also be put next to the other Orlando theme parks, as well as Busch Gardens. Like Disney said, this place would always be expanding, and when something has to go, it would be replaced by something better. How do you think something like this would work?
