  1. ^does it look extensive? I really hope it's nothing serious, as I'm really looking forward to possibly going to WCB and getting ERT!
  2. Thanks! And WOW. Thats such a great price for everything included! Sounds so much fun!
  3. Phew! Thank you so much! This sounds like such a great event! I hope to be able to go!
  4. So, to be able to purchase tickets for WCB at SFMM, all I have to do is be registered on TPR (a.k.a have a username)? Sorry if this is a stupid question, however, this would be my first year going, and I really want to show a couple of my friends who have only been to SFDK how cool this park is!
  5. ^Do you have any estimate of when they may sell out? I'm currently trying to arrange to go, but won't know until tomorrow or possibly Wednesday. Do you think they will be sold out by then?
  6. X2 at Six Flags Magic Mountain in August. Front row, no wait thanks to the q-bot. My all time favorite coaster. View from Goliath.
  7. Yes, for the q-bot wait once and ride twice, you do not even have to leave your seat. They give you a wristband that you show the worker and you just stay right on.
  8. When I was at the park last week, Riddlers Revenge had the SLOWEST dispatch times ever. Even with the GOLD Q-Bot, we waited in the station room for at least 20 minutes (While single riders were just walking right on). I remember being on the ride outside the station just standing in the heat for a while before we could get off. As for Goliath, they were running 3 trains for a while, making you have to sit out of the station for a while in the sun as well. In fact, many times I saw both trains sitting outside the station while a 3rd one was still being loaded. The ride kept stopping on the lift hill, and later in the day, they were only running two trains (which actually made the wait seem quicker). And there were many workers in the station then as well. I honestly think X2 and Terminator had the best dispatch times. As for the Q-Bots, for the most expensive Q-Bot (PLATINUM) Your wait time is hugely reduced and not only is your wait short, but you get to ride it twice in a row. However, It depends on when your going if this is necessary. I have gone durning very busy times of the summer, gotten a GOLD Q-Bot, and gone on every ride multiple times. And yes, X2 is 15$ extra per seat, but I get that each time I go. It is well worth it.
  9. I went to the park last friday. I had a gold flashpass, which was amazing. Here were the rides waits throughout the day. Riddlers Revenge: 45mins - 1hr Deja Vu: 1 - 1.5hrs (couldn't reserve a time, my flashpass kept saying the ride line was FULL) Terminator Salvation: 1hr Goliath: 1hr Viper: 15 - 30mins Goldrusher: 5mins Colossus: 30mins X2: 2hrs Ninja: 30mins Tatsu: 1hr Superman: CLOSED I didn't visit Batman, Scream, or Revolution.
  10. In all of my visits to Magic Mountain, not once have I witnessed a problem with Goliath. However, on Friday, I was getting on Colossus and as I was watching Goliath, it suddenly stopped on the lift hill. It stayed there for about 5 minutes, then suddenly resumed. About 15 minutes later after getting off Tidal Wave, I started walking to Goliath and noticed it was yet again stopped on the hill, this time with a worker standing there talking to the riders and people exiting the line. I came back about 20 minutes later and it was up. It took forever to get off the ride though, as they were running three trains and there dispatch times seemed sometime real quick and other times real slow. There were also mechanics in the station for a while while I was boarding watching the trains being dispatched.
  11. Hmmm... That's odd. I was at the park this past friday and Terminator was open all day. In fact, everything was open all day besides a few breakdowns on Goliath.
  12. Hey everybody. I've heard a few reports from late july claiming Tatsu was down. Is it still? Im visiting, and would really like to know. Thanks!
  13. Going back a little bit to the X2 waits, I waited 3 hours for it back in 2008. We got to the ride at 9, and the park was closing at 10. We didn't get on tell around Midnight. It was amazing
  14. ^^ Yeah, the rest of the ride is just kind of a rush! Thanks so much! It just wouldn't be the same climbing up that hill without being blasted by Enter Sandman. Ahahaha
  15. Hey guys. Has anyone that visited the park recently rode X2? And if so, hows the audio? I rode it in June with no problems, however I will be visiting soon and I really hope it's working.
