  1. I doubt it....My daughter is only 4. 13 doesn't sound too bad, then!
  2. It has been done before, just not on this scale. Back in my TV days, Universal did stuff like this all the time inviting reporters down to HHN and for certain media events. Disney has done similar things, but not for websites. What they did to, is take it to a whole new level that I'm sure other parks will soon follow. I was talking about how they've said the ride has never been done before.
  3. Something never done before...do you think he means by height, speed, prototype?
  4. Gr, I'm so excited for this! He got my hopes up that he would show us the actual plans And this video is what every park should do.
  5. SS...for SwiftSonic! Holiday Thrill's 12th roller coaster, SwiftSonic crash lands it's way into the back section of the park! SCR651.BMP I see you! While it may not look like much, this ride- which features a blackout turn, three ejector airtime hills, and many, many glorious TWISTIES!, is sure to make it's way into your favorite coaster list. With a top speed of 90MPH (alas, after it's opening day, this may be reduced to 85MPH or lower due to maintenance costs- we'll see what happens!), and a peak height of only 60ft, it may not be the tallest in the park...but it's the most intense! SCR656.BMP Again, this new attraction is closest to the interstate entrance- which makes it almost 10 years since something was added near the beach entrance! But, ith majority of the guests coming from the beach entrance anyway, this has never seemed to be a problem. SCR623.BMP Launch 90MPH into the grey-out turn. SCR635.BMP intensity! SCR628.BMP TWIST! and then, the AMAZING ejector airtime hill. SCR636.BMP Headchopper! SCR644.BMP Some more twisties! SCR630.BMP Ejector airtime pop. SCR631.BMP After the first pop, you zoom past a little section of the forest. (LAUNCH TWISTER BLAGHFHA!) SCR649.BMP Twist into ANOTHER airtime pop! SCR643.BMP Twist into overbank turn...twist, twist... SCR634.BMP Then into the brake run! SCR657.BMP First part of queue. SCR658.BMP Queue building. SCR660.BMP The "Unique" station. P.S: This was inspired by Intimidator 305 at Kings Dominion. Feedback is ALWAYS welcome!
  6. We'd throw ourselves into a world of chaos and misunderstanding.
  7. Yeah, when I rode Thunder Canyon (whatever the water rapids ride is called), the guy spoke little to no english and it was a hassle trying to figure out where to put my cell phone!
  8. I'm so excited for this I'm afraid I'll be the youngest there though!
  9. "redwood Runner"...got a great ring to it
  10. If we were just 15 years ahead, that would be PERFECT for an Arrow Hypercoaster. But a little too early for that Nothing much to say except congrats on the first year, and I'm looking forward to the next update, because I can't tell if it's a roller coaster, or a new section. Or both. I could be part of the board of directors, but that may take away from the "surprise, wow!" factor I get from this park.
  11. That's extremely good! Looking forward to more updates!
  12. Speculation continues as construction nears completion! SCR622.BMP Wow! (P.S, guys I'm NOT happy with the station AT ALL. but there's nothing really I can do about it, because all my good CS isn't in this park. So please, excuse me for the station once i release it.)
  13. More hints... SCR619.BMP More of the layout.
  14. When I went early July, the sign seemed to be in perfect shape.
  15. I knew I got it right I would have respect for anyone who has the patience to make working water slides
  16. It could have been covered by a tree branch? Or Something I dunno, but yeah their claim isn't believable at this point.
  17. Oh okay, makes sense now Wave pool looks awesome, so does and on that second picture the orange ride (sorry, forget what it's called. was it Goliath?) looks really cool.
  18. I love the yellow station. Brings a little cheery brightness to the guests Arrow suspended? If so, I APPROVE!
  19. Holiday Thrills: HT is keeping this project's details secretive at the moment. The only new information we have so far is that the ride's highest point is 60ft. A few photos have been snapped for your observation. SCR617.BMP Hmm... SCR618.BMP What do YOU think this project is? MYRTLE MAGIC: MM continued it's new tradition of heavy expansion each year. Yes, it has acquired the former land of the country club and golf resort- which is a LOT. Because of the restriction they put on themselves with the "square" footpath (around the lake, rides surrounding), they will find it hard to expand as much as they want to. But, this year, they added a mild childrens area, and a new ride that towers 310ft from the ground. SCR609.BMP Includes a Ferris Wheel, a slide, Car Ride, and a "frog Hopper". SCR611.BMP Beware of "Beach Bomb", the new drop tower at Myrtle Magic! Rise up 310 feet then drop back down again, creating breathtaking views down the beach and out in the ocean (if your in the right seat!). SCR613.BMP Wow! Can't wait to ride it next season! SCR610.BMP Extended area!
  20. I was there yesterday. The sign is still there as of July 31. Huh, well that was weird. Anyone have any idea why it would have been taken down just for a single day?
  21. This is very good! Except, the supports on the invert stand out a little too much for my taste. Great update!
  22. Should be going sometime this week. I'll check to see if the Rebel Yell sign is really gone.
