Knoebels' is an amazing park! From the food, atmosphere, and hospitality we were shown just made for an all around incredible day. There's just not enough nice things that can be said about the park and one of the most memorable day's we had! And we didn't go to Cedar Point, we went to T.G.I Fridays

Seriously give the park time to work out what they want to do. Once again their going to cater the the GP first not the enthusiast community, even though they kinda did by installing a zac-spin in in the first place. I'm sure in due time they will loosen it up to give it more of a spin. Also my first ride was OK but on my second ride we spent a majority of it upside down. GL is an EXCELLENT ride. Just have faith in the park and give it some time to run and make adjustments as need be.

Today was media day for the new DC Universe and Green Lantern First Flight at Six Flags Magic Mountain. First off the area looks great and is full of color. And Green Lantern is an awesome addition. The ride is intense and basically the weight distribution will either give you an OK ride or an OMFG kinda ride, today they were not balancing the cars. As some people have already mentioned the ride kinda feel's like a carnival Zipper on a track. The arm guards are not a nuisance at all and during the course of the ride I didn't even notice them. As of today there was not a single rider entrance, but the Flashpass sign was up in all it's glory. As mentioned before there is no preshow but several themed rooms to get you out of the heat, and give you something to look at. So now on to the pictures and video! I was at media day today. I'll be posting pictures shortly. First of all there are no preshows. There are several rooms, the first room has theming, and the second room has two screens with a continuous loop with the story line. You will get a different ride depending on weight distribution and today they were loading the cars unbalanced. Their are armguards like on S:EFK but I didn't even notice them while on the ride.

Shawn and I will make it out one of these days. And we demand to see part two at the bar!!! It need's to be posted ASAP!

I still plan on coming down Saturday, I'm also up for anything.

I will be able to attend. Getting the VIP ticket. See everyone there.

I sent the e-mail in on Friday Feb. 19th as well. I know it was in the evening just not exactly sure what time. I got the call back yesterday (2/23/2010) around 4:45 pm. I'm going to be there all day Monday and on Tues. as well. Hopefully the weather will be decent.

If I were you I would also just get a car if possible. From CGA to SFDK it's about two hours just by car and that's without traffic. Also Vallejo isn't exactly a safe city. SFDK is right off the freeway so if you have a car it's an easy in and out of the parking lot back onto the freeway. And on another note 10:45-5:20 will be plenty of time at SFDK. The Killer Whale show and Dolphin show's are usually always crowded and during that time the coaster lines usually shorten up. Anyway have a good trip.

Once again thanks to TPR, Rideworld, and SFMM management for making WCB such a blast. I had a great time and even got to ride Goldrush in the hail. It was awsome. And I finally got my De-Ja Vu Credit!!!! About time. Thanks again for making it such a blast and until next year!!!!!!!!!
