  1. ^uhhh sometimes thats the case but not always. It depends on what section of track they focus on durind the rehab. Last one was Upper and Lower Beach (The Turnaround Sections) as this was smoothened out quite considerably other portions of the ride remained just as rough. However, most of the areas get some love during other rehab periods soo..
  2. well its not too unpleasant but its unexpected from a "B&M"... then again it is at SFMM.
  3. Well its all opinion base but... Grizzly "Borefest" - CGA Son of Beast - Kings Island --Now I rode this one pre loop removal and it was rough cant sit here and say its not as rough without the loop as I havent rode it, but from the stories Ive read/heard things really havent changed much. Mean Streak - CP --Hate to say it but I found this rougher then GR my last visit to the park ^ Best part is.. there all Cedar Fair LOL. Oh well I cant sit here and bash Cedar Fair though.
  4. mmmm zero g, I dont mind the ride after the MCBR, but yeah that is one thing Ive noticed about Scream, especially after the drop into the vertical loop, its rough for a B&M, or at least I noticed it on my last visit.
  5. I enjoy GhostRider. Its not my favorite wooden coaster but its up there. To me its a classic. Yes its rough but to be honest, it runs for the entire year outside of its scheduled rehabs which can last for anywhere between 3 weeks to a month sometimes. Now.. I could name a few other wooden coasters that dont even run all year and can give u the beating of a lifetime.
  6. TBH Atem.. I would like to see what they did with terminator done on most of their attractions. Batman: The Ride's que could use a lil make over.. there is a perfect setup already the way the que enters the building. Riddler's Revenge's station still has the music playing which I always enjoy but maybe some new effects other then the seizure lights. Scream.... Unless they take out the parking lot surface underneath and throw in an overhaul of a makeover.. its gunna take alot to get that ride up to a satisfactory level. Plus its in the verrrry back of the park.. Idk, maybe spicing up what they got could be the trick. and coasterking... did we not just get a GCII named terminator... TERMINATOR.. "You'll be back"
  7. Despite the fact that it probably wont happen anytime in the near future, its funny because you can start a whole debate of what ride could take the place of the area Superman sits on. I came up with an Out and Back Gravity Group coaster named "Doomsday". Superman ain't escaping this badboy.
  8. ^lol. It was interesting to say the least, Riddler's 3 Trains, Goliath 3 trains with a very efficient crew, Batman was a walk on for everything except the front which was a 2-3 train wait. This was a friday mind you.
  9. Thats real interesting because I went on Friday and got on everything except x2 and rev. Heck even walked on Superman.
  10. I have been away from RCT and NL for a while.. was playing around yesterday and started a Movie World park.. Heres a pic of one of the attractions... an Arrow Looper called Die Hard the Ride
  11. good to hear gunna be making a trip out there mid summer (Im insane) just hope things dont change till then, which of course, they will.
  12. classic photo of my fav element, taken by me
  13. Yeah pretty much for support, Keep in mind when you are dealing with a crossover, there is a hole put into where "usually" you would have more bents or some form of wooden support. The steel beams are just added support/integrity to allow for that hole for the crossover.
  14. Interesting, Ive heard nothing but good things from this park tbh. Nice PTR of the park, thanks
  15. My last coaster would have to be Medusa at SFDK, #212
  16. well considering i work 6 days a week at Knotts, ill have to say I used to go to MM about once everyother week about a year ago... Disney about twice a month etc due to the fact I have passes.. Universal, Not to sure Been there a few but nothing consistent.
  17. actually yeah. they were just recently taken out after the last rehab the ride went through, the quality was.. indecent at best. I liked the Xcel ones better IMO ..edit--> They were on for quite some time actually on Silver and Copper Trains..
  18. lol @ that Dark Ride... Nice Photos.. Makes me wanna make a trip out there that much more
  19. and to back u up EBL.. GhostRider had cameras from the now out of business CD Ride.. which would constantly break.. and Ill give u 1 GUESS, only 1 guess as to why.
  20. sure cant wait for that 205 foot WOODEN 157 foot launch coaster 0-82 mph in 2.3 seconds.
  21. ^nice, yeah also put Frankie J on Bullet, Pierce Brosnan on Bigfoot Rapids, and got to talk with Gail Anderson fron KTLA 5 news while at Pony Express. And who can forget Verne Troyer's fit he threw when we told him he wasnt tall enough to ride Bigfoot Rapids
  22. exact same interpertation i had.. Ive been on GCI, PTC etc, with GCI Millenium Flyer trains being the favorite.. Idk about the timberliners.
  23. Ive put William Fitchner on Silver Bullet several times, guy played in Dark Knight, was a lead on the show Invasion back in 2005.. played in Longest Yard and what not. He actually comes to the park alot
