^Hey I also went to the park today. Just got back in fact. Rides: Jet Stream: 1x Terminator: 3x Batman: 1x Tatsu: 1x Goliath: 1x Revolution: 1x Collosus: 1x I checked out the Skytower too finally. Great views of the park. I love the new paint on Batman, and Goliath certainly looks much nicer. Also, I found out what happened with Superman. He was due for a repaint, after sitting up there for the past twelve years. The powers that be, though, had decided it was better if they would just slap on a brand spanking new Superman rather than repainting the old one. Nothing new was also happening with the former Animal Farm or the new coaster site, except for some pipes and a big pile of dirt.

But arent Millennium Force and Magnum on opposite ends of the park?

^My point exactly! It wouldnt be a waste of money at all and it'd certainly make them all much more enjoyable (for those of us who like themed rides that is, because I know there is someone on TPR who likes all three of them as is). On top of that, it'd make the park look a little nicer.

I disagree completely. Two rides with fire effects and onboard audio is pushing it, whereas just having one with both of them was just perfect. Having three rides with the same effects is a waste of money. Scream does indeed deserve a makeover, but I for one want nothing superhero related for that ride. TBH, I'd think it'd be cool if they planted a whole bunch of pine trees on the right side of the park and rethemed the entire area, including Goliath, Collosus, and Scream to the North American wilderness or something. Goliath could be renamed Sasquatch, and the line could be like Disney's Expedition Everest where it introduces you to Sasquatch lore, pictures, etc. Scream! and Colossus could also, in turn, be renamed and rethemed to North Americans animals, both real and legendary.

In my opinion, seeing that SFDK does not have competition like Disney or Universal, they can have their Christmas event and expect a massive crowd. Whereas SFMM doesnt have such luck, as Universal Studios Hollywood and Disneyland are the most popular parks in SoCal, and they do have their own Christmas events. Therefore, by SFMM hosting something for New Year's, they have absolutely no competition in terms of events for that holiday.

Even though Terminator made it in the top 25, I think SFMM's coasters should get at least a little bit more love than that. http://www.ushsho.com/woodpoll16yeartable2009.htm

^Funny how Magic Mountain actually sits perfectly where it is. Just as you are driving along the freeway, and you look off to your right (or left) and boom, you see this big theme park, with almost every one of its amazing coasters in plain view. You dont really get that with Disneyland or Knott's now do you?
