Uh oh...did you type the secret code thingy? Or do you really just like small boys in tights? Jk It's so funny to see this update today because I was talking about the Spongebob Coaster yesterday with Antonio. I hadn't even heard about this project until yesterday. I'm the slow one here. It's coming along really well, and it looks so awesome! Thanks a bunch for the pics!

Robb and Elissa, thank you so much for the funnest day I've ever had at Magic Mountain. I am so excited about what Magic Mountain has in store for the future! I can really see it coming through, because they have such a great team! Robb, thanks for almost killing me with your wing of fiery death. It was Deathalicious! I can't WAIT for West Coast Bash!

^^WoW. Yes, I had to write WOW like that. That's so awesome that they let people get dressed up there. And now for a stupid question(ok, it's more like a 2 part stupid question) A) Do they have face characters there such as the Princesses? and B) If yes, are they Japanese or do they mail order people that look like the character from around the world?

Shane's Amusement Attic

Wow, that first ad for Magic Mountain was seriously super cool. I mean, I understand that Magic Mountain is now a THRILL park, with all of its wild coasters, but I love how back in the day it was more about family, not coasters. Spend time with your family, Rides for the whole family, a great family park, and so on. No wonder nowadays the divorce rate is going up and kids are moving out sooner! I mean, don't get me wrong, I love roller coasters and amusement parks. But the trip to an amusement park is so much better with Family. If they had more advertisements like in the 70's, I'm pretty sure Magic Mountain wouldn't have to be making up stories that it would be shutting down! And that's all I have to say about that -
Wes, that video just made my day! Especially the Unicorn part! I could not stop crying from laughing so hard. I'm still trying to stop laughing, sao if I write anything wrong, I'm sorry people. But that was just GENIUS!

^ Wow. You should look back a couple of pages. Like 64 or 63. There's a whole discussion of Ninja Warrior and MXC. Good times! Sadly, although that would be awesome to have something like that close to home, it would fail miserably in the states. Another thing added to the "Ideas that would fail miserably in America due to the fact it's way too awesome for the States" list.

So, I noticed that when you go through the obstacle course, there is a bomdiggity girl with a side ponytail watching you with an awesome "STAFF" Hoodie. Is she there to cheer you on or give the side commentaries like in Ninja Warrior? Cause I can just imagine her in her cute Japanese(NOT JAP) way telling Joey to hurry up and then giggling embarrassed from seeing Joey's white tummy.

No wonder they have that show Ninja Warrior! They go to a park that's all about training for that show!!! Those Japanese are so damn creative and smart! UGH! Wow, Joey and obstacle courses are meant to be together! Did he take like 30 minutes just to whine abut the course again?! JK. But wow, that place looks awesome! Once again, another thing that if America had, it would fail miserably!

Ok, I feel that I need to do a little bit of shameless promotion for my work. On Saturday, the Texas Chainsaw maze was at a 90 minute wait as Joey has already mentioned. We DO sell front of the line passes, which are good for all mazes, the Terror Tram, the shows, as well as the rides. Sure it does cost $129(but this includes park entry), but think about it, you will wait no longer than 10 minutes for some of the mazes(as to what I've heard from some of the guests). Also, if you have been waiting ever so long to attend to such an event, I'm pretty sure one would want to enjoy every minute of it in the best way possible. And that best way is purchasing a Front of Line Pass! Ok, promoting is over!

Wow, totally sucks that you guys couldn't take pictures on the Terror Tram of Crapola(it really wasn't up to par with everything else in the park). I went on Saturday and was able to take a couple of pictures(with Norman Bates, and the end, where Jack is Killing that chick like no tomorrow). I LOVED the Bill and Ted Show! I remember watching videos from it on youtube of the ones in Florida, and I was SO exicted to see it come to Hollywood! Sadly, I couldn't go in any of the mazes because most of them have strobe lighting, but many of my friends told me that Nightmare on Elm St was one of the best ones! I'm very proud of Universal, because it really stepped up this year! As for Knotts....umm...not really much to say, because nothing is really new...except for Beuwolf....that's about it.

Well, I guess the secret's out! Don't worry Chuck. I'm horrified of things like Knotts and Universal(and I WORK at Universal). I actually went to Knotts last year, and I was so terrified, that I kind of secretly became addicted to it. If it makes you feel any better, I cried when I first got to Knotts. And not tears of joy. Tears of fear! Good Luck Chuck!(no relation to the movie!) Jen "Crying in Fetal Position" Raphael

HORAYYYYY!!!!! KidTums' first coaster credit! Congrats cutie! That picture of her 1st Credit sign is by far one of the cutest pictures of her! So, for those who don't know anything about Japanese parks(and who are too lazy to google it) is Tivoli like one of those small family parks with not many big coasters? Or did you just hide them from us so we couldn't see how much awesome-er Japan is than U.S. of A. As always, thanks for all the updates! I love living vicariously through the pics! Jen "I miss Joey....kind of...not really" Raphael

Looks like Kidtums learned well to attack people! She's just too precious! Those quirky Japs always sleeping in random places! Buses, subways, roller coasters! Jeez! Oh, and if Joey is reading this(or if someone with Joey reads this) tell him that people are actually starting to miss him at work.... NOT! Just kidding. Have fun everyone! I can't wait to see more funny moments that this trip will bring!

Touche "Resident Smartass", Touche indeed! Kings Island looks like such a fun park. I've heard so much trashtalk about it from so many different people, that it kind of scared me, but looking at how much fun people had, it makes me want to change my mind!
